Horrible service. Honestly worst Cinnabon I've ever had.
I request a box of 4 with no frosting. I was told they were going to charge $2 dollars extra per each one. So I leave up to everyone to decide their options. That location was the Palm Desert mall. So I just walk away.
I love Cinnabon, walk up to a counter and buy it warm, trying new products is an important thing they sell a Center Of The Bon. It is not the center of the role. I asked if it was and the person that waited on me said it’s just the center I said OK I’ll try it. It is not the center of the bun. It is chopped up Cinnabon. I did not get what I was told was in the package. Disappointed.
I have always loved cinnabon, I was excited to have it for the first time in forever. I got there to order, the cashier was very friendly, but the items I ordered were pre packaged on a rack a Ross from the counter. I was a little disappointed that they weren't warm and fresh like I'm used to. I hate to complain but it wasn't the same taste that I recalled.

The best cinnamon rolls on the planet.
What a cutie ... delicious glazed roles
Cute little place and fun to take children to.
(Translated by Google) It's just a corner in a gas station shop, no seating, coffee from the machine, but the snails are delicious as always... so more for picking up(Original)Das ist nur eine Ecke in einem Tankstellenshop, keine Sitzmöglichkeit, Kaffee aus dem Automaten, die Schnecken sind aber lecker wie immer... also eher zum Abholen

Good cinnamon roll
Just ok, would have been better if made fresh or if they would have someone Making small batches every 2 hours
Delicious
I want to apologize for the 1 star review but this was my first time ever at Cinnabon. Went in and the person seemed nice enough. Told them it was my first time in so I'd like to try the classic. There was a fresh batch the employee said they just pulled out of the oven. They looked delicious. The person behind the counter grabbed me an older one from the front. It looked dry and stuff but she microwaved the bun for a couple seconds. I thought this odd but I smiled and said thank you. Excited to try my Cinnabon hastily I dove in! Trying to cut through the shell was hard enough but my first dry stale bite really made me look at the person I was with and asked them if that's how it should be? They said no, after they took a bite (they were the ones talking it up to me). I went back in with my old bun and I nicely asked for a fresh one off the pan she said had just come out. She then said they're all fresh and proceeded to give me an older, already warned up roll. Needless to say. I don't know if I'll ever be back or ever recommend this establishment. My food and money went in the trash.
The best rolls. They always have fresh and warm rolls no matter the time of day.
