I have no idea how this restaurant doesn’t have incredible reviews! This was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. I had the Punch cocktail and the steak and egg bowl and WOW were they both delicious!!! If I could give this place more then 5 stars I would.

Five of us was in Palm Springs from June 24-27. We stayed at the Magaritaville Resort where Come Monday Cafe is located. We found the breakfast we had on Saturday, June 25 to be quite tasting. We basically chose the same meal- The American Breakfast, but with different protein options. The chicken sausage was DELICIOUS and everyone else said their bacon was too!! The wait staff was very kind and attentive and again, the food was well worth it! So if you in the area, stop by and give them a try! You shouldn't be disappointed!! ??

Great food ! They get slammed there on the weekends so I appreciated the maxim effort the staff was giving us. Work in the food business so totally understand when a place is busy and when you can still get great service then that’s a bigger plus enjoyed their farm veggie burger there

Maria, and Crystal were top notch waitstaff. The other servers, even in Mask were smiley and happy. I"m going back to "the Islands" of the Come Monday cafe!" The calmari and the fish tacos are the best in the valley!

"Come Monday Café" is a restaurant located within the Margaritaville Resort, Palm Springs. To be clear: I was not a hotel guest. My friends wanted to check out the resort, and we decided to have breakfast on the premises. If you weren't aware, the complex used to be "The Riviera Palm Springs". The original hotel was inaugurated in 1959, and attracted important celebrities in the past, like Elvis Presley, Cher, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, "The Rat Pack", and more. I mention this because the property is not new construction; it was renovated to take on the "look and feel" necessary to provide the Margaritaville "experience" (c.2020). The café's dining space was pleasant. The colors were light and bright, without being loud. It evoked a tropical feel. The service was very good. The service staff was prompt and provided the proper amount of attention without being intrusive. Regarding the food, some in our group ordered eggs benedict ($18) and others ordered omelets ($17). In addition to the entrée, each plate included "island potatoes" and arugula as an accompaniment. The food itself wasn't particularly remarkable. But the portions were good--not too much, not too little. The presentation was visually attractive. And there was a noticeable consistency to the meals served. (A PDF of the breakfast menu can be found on the resort's website.) As a general statement, restaurants have recently experienced hiring shortages, which impact their service level standards. You will pay a small premium for dining in a resort property (compared to purchasing a similar entrée off-site). However, the service during our visit was very good, and the individual meals were prepared in a competent manner (which may offer the consumer some intangible value).

The worst experience with a note. I booked and prepaid for my room,I sohowee up and was advised they didn’t have any rooms.Yhey sent me to ‘a unique hotel” which ended up basically a motel 6 ,when I paid 300+ for the room at margaritaville… I called them and said I couldn’t stay there they said there was nothing they could do.. I was stuck at 9:00 pm trying to find a room.. on my anniversary ! What a horrible experience and not a word from corporate or the manager of this establishment!

The staff was great, facility was clean, room was comfortable. Rehabilitating an older property like this is a major undertaking and there still seems to be a few infrastructure areas that need work, but they appear well on the way to making this a great destination. Having just come off COVID restrictions in some areas they seemed a bit understaffed and, like many businesses, may be having trouble attracting employees -- why was the 5 O'clock Somewhere Bar closed at 5 O'clock? Overall, we enjoyed our visit -- we even stayed an extra day -- and look forward to returning.

The staff at this hotel were all helpful and friendly. Room was clean and accommodating. The Spa was the best! Highly recommend the facial and the deep tissue massage! This hotel is a bargain for the cost. We will definitely return!
