Ceviche portion was very small and lacked the citrus flavor of traditional ceviche. Had a milky coconut flavor (not shareable portion). Chicken schnitzel portion was large (took leftovers home) but lacked the flavor you would expect at a fine dining location- very basic. Caesar salad was ok but had no depth. Ice cream was very creamy and good. The house wine was priced fairly and we received a generous pour. Martinis looked tasty. Ambiance was nice, service was nice but the food quality was lacking.

Always try to come here whenever I'm in Palm Springs. It's always terrific , friendly people , great service , and such a creative menu . Been here many times , and will be back again soon

The setting is nice as is the playlist. Service was below average, but in my opinion the server was spread too thin. Ordered the bread/butter, pot stickers, and empanada as starters. Bread was good, but the other two I wouldn't recommend. Next we had the Caesar salad, and it was nice. Finished with NY steak which was extremely rare and cold in the center (ordered it medium well). I would not go here. There are many other great choices in PS.

Food was good, but don't rely on the online menu for food options, they may differ at restaurant. Also, some items ordered, did not match what was described on menu.

We were looking for something special in Palm Springs and this totally fits the bill. From the neat history of it being Carey Grants guesthouse, to the customer service, to the amazing food, this is a must when you are in the area!

We went to Copley's to celebrate our wedding anniversary and were unfortunately sorry we did. While the food was good, the service was very slow and inattentive. It took over 2 hours for 1 appetizer and our meals - and the appetizer came out with our meals - so not really an appetizer. The restaurant wasn't busy enough to warrant the slow service. The food however was very good. Maybe it was just an off night.

Grace was our server and was exceptional. The food wasn't overwhelming, lobster ceviche was great but our duck and lamb were overcooked. Despite this, our overall experience was well worth it!

The surroundings are pure Palm Springs - the patio dining is ideal. Eric our server was perfect and gave great suggestions - every one was the best! The food was spectacular...we will definitely be back!

Over all very nice restaurant. The drinks were good, service was good, cauliflower steak was good, tofu not that great. Very cool layout

A great experience for a solo traveller, service and food/beverages were great and staff were very accommodating.

It has been a while since I had been there. I was looking forward to a nice fish dish. However the food quality and preparation deteriorated quite a bit as I have remember what it used to be. However the environment is still nice and the service was fine. Food however has gone downhill substantially as it tasted like nothing and the visual is bad.

Service was impeccable, food was delicious. We recommend the duck and the lamb shank, both tender and juicy.

This is one of the most consistently good restaurants in Palm Springs. It has great food, service and the ambience of the outdoor dining is wonderful. White table cloths, attentive staff and a beautifully executed and presented menu selection. A special occasion restaurant for sure.
