Counter Reformation

We had another wonderful experience at Counter Reformation. It's our favorite spot in Palm Springs. Great food, atmosphere and service. Thank you!

We always enjoy our evenings at Counter Reformation. The food is creative, flavorful, and always unique. The menu changes frequently enough while still maintaining staple items that are fan favorites. The ambiance is usually lively and fun while maintaining that intimate feeling. We always look forward to our nights here and love to connect with Jocelyn and the staff within the hotel. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough.

Excellent food, exceptional service. Our favorite place in the desert. A hidden gem. Just need to put in some outdoor lights for the walkway to the entrance.

Never disappointed. Food, wine and service was excellent. Although it was a full house, the vibe was great. Will be back again soon.

Great restaurant week deal! Staff was lovely and the food was great, especially for the value. Loved the carpaccio, hot dog, the prawns, and escargot.

Everything was exceptional, the wines. champagne, Wagyu Tataki with caviar, and caviar donuts! I had a Azahar Vinho Verde from Portugal & it was lovely crisp and dry! And service was attentive and helpful.

I think overall good but food needs a bit of an upgrade ... delivery time and options. Also more red wine selections like years ago

Always an awesome night and meal. Whether you're staying on property or just visiting, this is one of the better dinner options in PS. the wine selection is always thoughtful and the food is delish

We had two wonderful small plates. The calamari was unique in its presentation and more like a sandwich than the usual calamari. The other dish was the caviar tetaki on bruchetta. It was excellent! Nice ambience and great service.

We loved our whole experience, the delicious small plates and wine pairings. We opted for a small glass of wine with each course so we could try a variety of wines, all excellent. Our waitress Jacylin was charismatic and always ready to advise and serve. Definitely a fun, unique experience in the beautiful Parker Hotel.

Another wonderful experience here. Took a couple who were visiting and hadn't been before. We all loved the unique ambiance, incredible service from Jocelyn, the wine and food. Do wish they might offer some healthier food options but that is a minor quibble.

The atmosphere and music was fantastic. Food was unusual and tasted okay, I wouldn't go back for what we ordered. Bartender, Jocelyn, was amazing and did a fantastic job.

Loved Counter Reformation. The food was great, service was outstanding. You cannot beat the ambiance of the Parker- it's unmatched. We will be back!

Service and ambiance was nice as well as the wine. The beef carpaccio was delicious and caviar donuts good a well. Prawns were decent. Burger was drenched in sauce and bun was cold. Overall fun for a small bite and glass of wine and dinning elsewhere for dinner entrees if wanting more than a small plate.

Great bar at the Parker! Awesome wines and great bites! The donut hole caviar bites are incredible. The bartender Joslyn was outstanding!!! So knowledgeable and friendly!! We will be back!!
