Not a CA resident, blue collar tourist not a critic. My wife and I had an incredible meal here. Incredible staff, never witnessed a sharper operation. We went big and ordered 5 dishes because we wanted it all but settled. Incredible meal, each dish was unique and somehow it was all cohesive which I imagine is really difficult.
