While visiting the Palm Springs area, we were craving Mexican food and decided to try Del Taco. We ordered one of the Craver Boxes along with the carne asada fries, and everything was really good. The food tasted noticeably fresher than Taco Bell, with better flavor and quality overall.
For a fast-food option, Del Taco exceeded our expectations and was a solid choice when you want something quick but still satisfying. We’d definitely stop again

Surely the problem is not the young people who run the restaurant, rather I think they have not had the proper training and guidance because they really did not know what they were doing at all, the most Horrible thing I've ever tried in my life.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I have never had any fries arrive from here I’m convinced they don’t even keep the deep fryer hot. Never comes with sauce. Also missing a taco and a quesadilla, absolutely garbage service and they also don’t care to do anything about their lacking employees.
Everything is good just the drive through it’s on a curve and it’s hard to pay or get food because car can’t get close to window!

Customer service was awful, nobody was in sight when I went to the counter and then when I asked a question I was rudely addressed with an attitude. Management might want to remind these associates that without the customer they wouldn’t have a check.
