Went to pick up order, their crew member(one on window) was extremely rude, although drive thru was completely empty, he still asked us to wait in parking, 15mins passed, meanwhile he was serving orders to all other cars, we again proceeded to drive thru as there was no answer from them, finally when we went to window, he handed our order, with wrong drinks, no straws and very rudely asked us to move forward, didn't let us talk/listen to us. I had to go back to ask for drinks and straw again. I know his name, not revealing due to courtesy.!! And that guy was new, I've been to that del taco for last 8 years, never had such bad experience.

It's Del Taco, food is always decent. Fry's were great this time! Guys behind the counter did good too.
Bummer is the homeless that frequent near by. Bathrooms are code only, and they even have a sign up that limits your dine in to 30min to help keep seats open and clean.

It was about 1:45 AM on 02/20/2025. My partner wanted Del Taco, so we came to this establishment because it was open 24 hours according to Google. We arrived via the drive-thru, and there was no greeting at the speaker box. We waited a few minutes before saying, 'Hello.' No answer. I started to look at my phone to confirm if it was indeed a 24-hour Del Taco. I saw on Google that it was, in fact, a 24-hour Del Taco. Again, I said, 'Hello.' My partner said they were probably closed. I said, 'Well, if they are, they should have put up a sign.' Seconds after saying that, a female voice said, 'I'm sorry, is there a problem?' Taken back by that response, after receiving nothing previously like, 'I'm sorry, will you please give me a minute?' I said, 'There wasn't, but now there is.' She then cut off any communication, so I went to the Del Taco down the road. The Del Taco down the road was courteous and pleasant.

Lazy employees. No customers, 2 employees and they don't want to take the order. They want me to use the self order kiosk while they play with a baby at work. No thanks. Not coming to this location again.

Staff WILL NOT help with your order, even if one of their kiosk are out of service. This was even when the place was very slow. Let them bus/clean the tables

The kiosks are confusing and lack accessibility features. Since I've been eating here today, I've seen multiple people asking fellow customers for help figuring it out.
Kiosks CAN be a good option, but they must be accessible and not such a hassle. Try product testing, Del Taco
