Got home and was missing a burger gave them a call and the two ladies working the joint were perfecti immidiately went to pick it up 2 blocks away and it had just been cooked. Thank you so much Jessica and Lara!!! But they are always kind and professional

Oh my goodness! I ordered a box and they didn't even put any food in the taco. They just put a bunch of lettuce and cheese. The food portions here are definitely not equate to the price of the food

Can I give negative stars I had a hard time with the counter machine placing order and I couldn't do it from my app since I wanted to pay cash. The attitude was rude the staff tried to do my order right off and then when wanting to do own they disappeared and not around until order and I had a discrepancy for which I had done my order accurately thats why it took me a bit. They did not honor the reward that was supposed to be added and knew at the stage it had been in that the offer would no longer be listed in my app and since the ticket was only in a holding pattern and not fully submitted I didn't have a way to bring it up in my history. They seemed very secure in the fact that this must be a frequent occurrence and they deny the app users the perks of which we use the service. I had a animal in the vehicle with engine now over heating and once they without pause explained exactly where to get the Corp info for customer complaint email address was instead of resolving the issue or offering a solution. I guess when location is what drives your business you don't make an effort to allow for service to obtain or multiply even more business. I've heard very similar stories since going there and confirmed the popular opinion of this place and the outlook is extremely poor

I’m high af and the food still not great. Sad cuz the original Del Taco in Barstow is better by far. It’s like a completely different business in comparison. They won’t change a thing tho. Better off going to the location on sunrise way… still not much better
