Can I give negative stars I had a hard time with the counter machine placing order and I couldn't do it from my app since I wanted to pay cash. The attitude was rude the staff tried to do my order right off and then when wanting to do own they disappeared and not around until order and I had a discrepancy for which I had done my order accurately thats why it took me a bit. They did not honor the reward that was supposed to be added and knew at the stage it had been in that the offer would no longer be listed in my app and since the ticket was only in a holding pattern and not fully submitted I didn't have a way to bring it up in my history. They seemed very secure in the fact that this must be a frequent occurrence and they deny the app users the perks of which we use the service. I had a animal in the vehicle with engine now over heating and once they without pause explained exactly where to get the Corp info for customer complaint email address was instead of resolving the issue or offering a solution. I guess when location is what drives your business you don't make an effort to allow for service to obtain or multiply even more business. I've heard very similar stories since going there and confirmed the popular opinion of this place and the outlook is extremely poor

I’m high af and the food still not great. Sad cuz the original Del Taco in Barstow is better by far. It’s like a completely different business in comparison. They won’t change a thing tho. Better off going to the location on sunrise way… still not much better

UPDATE: picked up the replacement tacos today 10/3 without issue, these were as they should! Ate 8 snack tacos without a single rancid shell in sight! The way it should be! END UPDATE:
First time ever receiving stale tacos. Bought 21 snack tacos today for Tuesday taco nights for myself and fam. I ate one and knew it was off but kept quiet then my mother bit hers and said this isn’t good! It’s rancid. Brother walks out saying his tacos are rancid. Opened one by one they all smell off.
Called the branch they are going to replace all of them which is great but I won’t be heading back today since I fear the batch might be off. I’ll try 10/02 instead.
Rest of our food was perfect, chicken quesadillas and the fries were PRIME <3
Got a single del beef taco also a fail. But didn’t complain about it since I used a free coupon for it. I ate the inside lol
Overall experience with food was bad BUT the manager Martin quickly said he would replace it so that’s good.
I’ll update the review when I get my replacement tacos for the day I’m done! Ready for a nap!

These restaurants are almost always filthy, the kitchen is nasty I do not recommend any of these locations With the exception of Palm Springs, this locations is pretty clean and accommodating
Food is always made to order and fresh ingredients.
Vegetarian options: It's a mexican restaurant so while they do offer some vegetarian selection, don't expect and youll be fine.
Parking: The lot is not huge but I've never had an issue finding a parking spot.
Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly, just please ensure they are not running around the camp sites alone
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is fully accessible, including the reataur
