Customer service just doesn't exist at this location. You are forced to use the self checkout kiosks. I consider myself tech savvy, so it wasn't hard to figure them out, but while I was waiting for my food I watched multiple people struggle with them. This ended up making the lines for them longer and an employee finally had to take their order for them. Make these kiosks optional and keep an employee on the register at all times for those that can't or don't want to use them. If you are going to force people to use them then offer them the employee discount since we are basically doing your job for you.

The funking place charged me for a bean burrito and they didn't put it in the bag by the time I found out i was in loma linda, thanks for stealing my money, not eating here again and I am deleting my app. Higher minimum wage they work slower and make more mistakes, what a scam

The snack taco is like for a 5 year old!!! And the stuffed chicken quesadilla tastes terrible!!! The chicken tastes like tin can!!! Terrible!!! Save your money & go to an actual taco shop!! The only good tasting thing was the cookie butter shake, but everything else in my order was a complete disappointment.

I ordered 39 value tacos for 12 hungry kids. I was very disappointed with how the tacos were prepared. It was more taco shell than anything. Not even an once of meat, cheese, lettuce barely anything. Luckily I had ordered pizza. I will never go back to this location.

The only thing good about the visit was the food. There is pretty much zero human interaction as you are forced to use the self-service kiosks, and there's nobody working the front counter. I'm not an employee, nor do I get an employee discount, so why should I be forced to do the job they're paid for by petty much taking my own order. You would think the service would be faster this way, but it took just as long as normal, if not longer, since they seemed focused on the drive-thru window instead. There's not even an order number or phone number on the receipt to complain to the Del Taco corporation.

Walking up i was looking for an outside trash can to dispose of my trash since I feel it's disrespectful to go inside to throw away items. I didn't see one by door but the big dumpster was open so I threw away my drink and paper bag. I proceeded inside but was greeted by manager lady in gray shirt, short with glasses who decided in front of customers to yell at me thru the doorway not to use that garbage, bring my trash inside, I told her the lid was open and she refused to believe me when I tried to show her. She was very angry at me and closed the door on me as I approached to come inside. I still ordered food, but not sure why the trash placement was a huge deal when I could have just thrown in parking lot with other trash laying around. I was being kind, unlike the angry manager for some unknown reason had to get her entitlement across. Foods good, but after her issue, I lost my appetite.
Just left this place with no food after waiting 15 minutes for this dude to get a simple order wrong and get mad at me for it smh I asked him for his name and he rolls his eyes at me then closes the window all dramatic ?never again will I go to this del taco especially when other options are so close by

Got off a 12 hr shift and waited 35 minutes to get my food tonight in the drive thru, only ordered one meal. They forgot what I ordered and staff is screaming laughing and joking inside. Very unprofessional and disappointing this del taco is going down hill.
