Experience was overall good, unfortunately I had to get off my car after going through the drive-thru because the bun on my double del was not toasted and it was falling apart.

The fish tacos tasted good and smelled fresh, but I left a negative review bc the lobby closes too early. Lots of truckers next door at pilot can't fit the drive thru.

This place is a disgrace to fast food and Needs to be shut down!! The service is horrible, employees have attitude and for a 24 hour "restaurant" they seem to choose the hours they want to work. I drove thru, sat there for 15 minutes in the drive thru and never got acknowledged. Drove thru, to find 2 employees standing around. This place and several other locations have been "remodeled" but the it's the same old thing. Crappy service!!! Find another place to go!!

This del taco is by far the worst one I've been in. To start it off I was on the drive thru took them more than 45 minutes to take my order. Once they took my order took an extra 45 minutes to finally get to the window so they could give me the food I ordered, not even a sorry or an explanation as of why it took them so long. Received my soda half empty and customer service was the worst. Ambiance wise don't let it fool you they need to have new management. This deltaco I would avoid at all costs.

I had been there several times but my last time was not good. The people working there are amazing but the food quality was not good. Maybe because it was opening time but the Chicken Quesadilla I ordered tasted old and stale.My friend ordered a breakfast burrito and the filling was really weird too. Did not tasted fresh. More like yesterday’s leftover. We were surprised by the quality of the food. Soda was tasteless too.I am not a difficult person when food order is wrong or something small is missing . I hate complaining, I get it people are under pressure and we all make mistakes. I am not a big Del Taco customer or any other fast food “taco” but my friend is so I think Ill be going there still. People there had been really nice and friendly thou
B. I was rushed to order my food. Got home to find I was not given my correct order & when I went back to walk into an unprofessional atmosphere where the manager was flirting with employees & to find out I was not charged for my deluxe & only given a regular chili fries.

one of the things that always trips me out is when the cashier at the drive-through asks me to pull up to a parking spot in front and wait for my order when nobody is behind me in line which has happened a few times here. Tonight was a little bit different because he asked me to back up Behind the "yellow post "and wait for my order. Seriously, what is the point of this? Are they trying to prevent me from seeing something inside or are they just screwing with me? As far as her food goes, at least once out of every five visits, they screw something up. Tonight they gave me one straw for two drinks, and no napkins.
