The food and service was wonderful! We stopped here for lunch and had the Apollo en Pipián and rancheros enchiladas. Both were delicious, along with the salsa and guacamole were fantastic! I would recommend eating here!

Really enjoyed the Pork Chile Verde Burrito! Large chunks of pork that were really soft and extra flavorful with the sauce. Classic burrito that hits the spot! The service was friendly and helpful. We had a pretty big group so grateful for their patience and serving us. This place has that familiar Mexican charm with large margarita glasses too!

This place is connected to a hotel hidden in Palm Springs…this place has amazing drinks and the customer service was very up to part.. I like it because I can go from my hotel room straight to the restaurant and have breakfast lunch or dinner anytime of the day the audios Mf was perfectly made .. the hotel was awesome and so was the service at the restaurant that you can easily access both side of the building.oh the home made tortillas and Carne Asada was awesome

Great food and service. We enjoy the entire meal from drinks, appetizers and dinner. The service was very friendly and so polite to us.
Extra kudos for being extremely kind to a gentleman asking for water and a taco ( which he said he work for)
at 107 degrees that day he truly was blessed by the staff for a drink and a lunch bag of food. Nice to know there are still kind people out there.

While I'm giving a 5-star review, I will note that the flour tortillas were warm but old, and the edges were hard. I had the Pork Chili Verde and the Beef Rojo with red sauce. There was plenty of food on the plate, but it was $25. I will return, but there are so many choices in mexican food in this area.

We had a great time at El Mirasol, the margaritas were great, the owner was really friendly and the star for us was the chicharron, so much flavor.

The interior could use a little love, but being there nearly 40 years is so impressive.

If you want a Mexican restaurant, avoid el mirasol. A very dubious welcome that puts you on a tableasking you to order quickly. Already ? ? What we do. A tasteless marguarita. Tasteless and cold enchilladas at that. The staff who sit next to us to eat and watch their football match loudly on their tablet. I have never seen a restaurant so welcoming with disgusting food (sorry for the term). I never comment on restaurants but this one has the pompom. Please avoid.
