Lovely little place with spectacular service. All the food we ordered was wonderfully prepared, lots of flavors. Try the especialades de la casa and also the margarita de la casa!

The entire staff was super friendly, service was fast, and the food was very yummy. What else could you ask for? We came in around 4pm on a Saturday and the environment was so comfortable and relaxing. We'd definitely visit again!

Just left there. I had the steak picata, ordered a beer first, good service, the beer came cold and quickly. Looked at the menu for awhile and decided on the steak picata, I asked the waitress what kind of meat it was and she said it was a flat steak, didn't quite know what that means, I asked if it could be cooked medium rare and she said yes. The meal came in like 3 minutes, the grilled veggies were basically raw, large chunks of onion and green peppers and tomatoes wedges. The steak was like small pieces of rubber loaded with enough garlic to choke a horse, and I like garlic. The refried beans were tasteless with a huge amount of melted cheese on top. Some bland Spanish rice also. I took a few bites of everything, decided I was not going to eat anything. Told the waitress it was awful, said I would pay for the beer and be done. She apologized, asked if I wanted something else, decided no, paid and left. No manager came over to apologize or ask what was wrong with the food. I will not be going back, dont waste your money, there is a much better choice up the street, Rio Azul.

Food is good. Service is ok. Location is excellent! Other Mexican Restaurants in the area are better.

Disappointing food. I’ve never seen booked shredded chicken masquerading as chicken tacos. Pollo pepitas came with the same shredded chicken with sauce on top. Both items came with tasteless refried beans and rice. 0 for effort and -10 for authenticity of flavors.

Honestly this place is great for th3 ambiance and excellent service. The food is good, but probably not better than your Mexican mom's or grandma's dishes. Still very enjoyable! It's hard to mess up beans and rice lol. The chicken pipian was legit, and I would say... spicy. Didn't get to try the mole as it was sold out! Also tried the shrimp Ala Diabla and it is very spicy! Loved th3 chips and guacamole. Highly recommend it. Also had a small Paloma drink... very good amount of alcohol lol. I thought it was a large, and it made me wonder how BIG a large was hahaha. Any way, like I said, th3 best thing about this place is the outdoor seating. It's very peaceful back there.

Our favorite Mexican Restaurant in Palm Springs. We have moved away from the area over 3 years ago and it was a great pleasure to be back. The service was very fast and friendly. It was great to see the staff who remembered us. The food and drinks were outstanding. The tortillas were delicious only to be outdone by the shrimp in papian sauce.

Another delightful afternoon on their patio. Fortunately, we arrived early at noon on a 3 day weekend Sunday because the patio was full by the time we left. I loved my poblano chiles with black beans and stole some of my hubby's handmade corn tortillas because they are the best. My new favorite drink is the vodkarita with all the taste of a margarita and none of the tequila, which is no bueno para mi. Our server was friendly, and food arrived quickly despite the crowd. We had time to be serenaded by the strolling guitarist singing my favorite Paloma Blanca, which made for a romantic lunch on the sunny patio on a warm afternoon.
