I've been eating here for 34 yrs and they never disappoint.
It's family owned. The whole family takes great pride in pleasing their customers.
Their chicken Burritos are to die for.

Growing up in the desert this has always been my most favorite place for carne asada burritos! Their salsa is delicious too!

Have been eating a el Taco Asado since 1996. Back then a chicken soft taco was $.75! Today I had my favorite combination of quesadilla, chicken enchilada, and a chili Relleno. Delicious as always but today there was something about it… It took a little longer to get our lunch, but the flavors were fantastic. I don’t understand, but it was so delicious. It’s what keeps bringing us back. Gracias.

We went in on a Tuesday looking for good tacos
They do not offer a taco Tuesday special 😕. The price for a taco asada was 4.95 and came topped with lettuce. Not authentic. The birria taco was on stale tortillas. I got the burrito in pardo. The salsa Verde was can, the beans inside were also can, and the cheese did not melt. They are extremely overpriced and the food is not fresh. The decor of this restaurant resembles a furniture store more than a Mexican restaurant. We did not tip. We will not be back.

I got the shredded beef enchiladas which were good. My wife said her fajitas had too many green peppers for her liking. The service was good.

27 years in the desert, and they are the most overpriced for very average food, at best. The lighting inside makes you feel like you’re in a dr office, and of course no one speaks English when there is a problem. There are 1000 other Mexican restaurants that are better that also appreciate locals. FYI - the credit card ruled in my favor. You cannot just charge people and not give them food. Thank you!!

I been coming here for a while but when you start having rude employees, it is time to take my business elsewhere. The way things are in our economy now, I would think they would be nice to their customers. Losing customers it not a good thing for a business during this time in our lives.

I had the taco salad with shrimp. The she was delicious, nice and crispy. But the salad was soggy, watery even. There was plenty of shrimp, but the taste was bland. I wouldn't order that again. My friend had an a la carte Chile relleno that she said was just okay.
Had the Campechana. It's solid. Margarita was solid. Distance from airport perfect. All around great place to stop before or after a flight to palm springs.
