Have visited several locations around California and find them consistently good, but my sandwich on my last visit at this location was exceptional. Generous helping of ingredients toasted perfectly.

The food was just terrible. I had a small ham sandwich with cheese and when i finally got it had mayo on it. I just don't get the hype . Tried it years ago thought i would give another chance. I am done!

Hook and Ladder is a great tasting sub but a little pricey for our budget.

Ordered online- 2 sandwiches. I picked them up as soon as they were done. Drove 10 minutes home, get settled maybe 7 more minutes and when we opened our subs they were so soggy we had to remove the bottom bread all together and eat the sandwich with the top bread as the bottom. 😫 lol The meat was good and the sandwiches had a good amount of fixings but for the price it wasn’t worth it.

Good sub but everything else is blah. The atmosphere is weird, you can hear the fans spinning and the drone of the TV. Not the cleanest or dirtiest. Regular size sub is $14, no drink or side, and then they ask for a tip.

The employees are always nice and respectful. The good is expensive, but for the quality, it is definitely worth it to treat yourself every once in a while. Also, the Cuban NEEDS to be a staple sub?

I recently visited the Firehouse Subs Palm Springs location next to the FedEx store, hoping to grab a quick bite. However, my experience was marred by poor service and unprofessional behavior from the staff. As I walked in, I was holding a FedEx package since the store is right next door. Realizing I had left my wallet in my car, I turned to leave and retrieve it. To my dismay, I overheard one of the servers preparing sandwiches make an inappropriate comment, laughing and saying, "Haha, this is not FedEx."Given this negative interaction, I decided not to proceed with my order. If the staff is comfortable making such unprofessional remarks openly, it raises concerns about their overall attitude and the service quality.Overall, my experience at this Firehouse Subs location was disappointing. Professionalism and customer service are crucial in any business, and this incident left a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning to this location and would caution others about the potential for poor service.

I always get the cheddar brisket on wheat and a large it is so amazing. The guy that took my order today was really helpful he split it in two containers for my daughter and I. We both loved it ..couldn't wait to take a pic .. lol it's so yummy. I love the sauce.
