From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome that set the tone for a great experience. The cashier was in training and did an excellent job. friendly, attentive, and eager to help. There was a small misunderstanding about a side of garlic bread, but the staff handled it right away and even offered a complimentary one to make it right. The food was absolutely delicious, and every member of the team was wonderful. Great service, great food, and an all-around amazing experience!

The crew are very personable and always my sandwich ingredients has been fresh including my bread. I just love the taste of turkey in the Hook and Ladder.

Rude employees, they’d rather hangout than make food. Took 15 minutes to make two sandwiches. Guys with big beards not wearing nets to catch their nasty beard hairs. This place really fell off. Palm desert has a better location.

I really enjoyed the Firehouse Captain’s Club Combo. The sandwich was delicious, fresh, and flavorful, and the fries and drink made it a perfect meal. Everything was prepared just the way I asked, and the taste exceeded my expectations.
