First experience at this place Order 2 subs and asked for no Italian dressing and both came with a terrible sweat dressing! Wanted the subs for golf the next day and no way to have a less than soggy sub ! The New Yorker had one thin layer of meat and cheese so it was basically a soggy roll Not sure it’s worth trying again… jimmy johns is so much better !

Firehouse subs used to be one of my favorite sandwich places to go. The food was always good and affordable. Sadly, last night my son and I went there and ordered two large sub combo's and a little sandwich for a friend. We were charged $51.00 for what used to cost around $30.00. I was shocked. Today we were both hit with some unpleasant repeated trips to the bathroom. This is disheartening to pay that much for a mediocre meal and then get the runs to follow it. I am disappointed in this trip to this location. Also, since this was the only thing I ate all day, I know that was the cause of the repeated bathroom trips. I am very disappointed to say the least.

This was my second time coming here, I wasn't impressed the first time but I like to give places Second Chances. The place is dirty and the staff is really rude. The food tastes like hospital food, actually I've gotten better food at the hospital, and I think that says something about this place. With how much they charge for a sandwich here you would think the ingredients tasted fresh, but the bread was stale and the meat lacked any kind of flavor. But what really put it over the top for me was how rude the staff was. I was sitting there quietly eating my food and was told to leave because they're closing in 10 minutes. Usually places clean up before they close up, but I was surprised how early they closed and left the place a mess.

Well, this was certainly a treat! Was going to another restaurant close by and saw Firehouse Subs. I was in the mood. Was greeted with a hello and welcome, and asked about a few things on the menu. I decided on the Hook and Ladder, and a bowl of chili. Good call! Both were amazing. Make sure Kevin makes your sandwich. I loved every bite of it. Thank you Firehouse Subs Palm Springs for making my day.

I had the Italian sub and it was so orgasm ha ha it was so good. Best place to eat in town. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere was vety clean.
Came in to get 10 subs and pick up an hour later. Cashier said sorry we need 2 hours minimum. Took my business to Dickey's next door, and they made it happen. Always surprised when a business is slow and turns down money.

The meatball pepperoni pizza sub was spectacular! This place is super fun with Dalmatian print table tops, firefighter hats for the kids or the kid in you. The coolest thing of all it is owned by firefighters!
