I came in here for a burger and a beer and the food was only OK. The drink was nice and cold and tasty with good carb. The enviornment was nice and the staff was nice. Overall 4 stars

I took order to go but the bar was very dark and you walk almost into the kitchen to pick up your order. The ribs were fall off the bone but the meat didn't have enough chew ( very soft) the brisket had very good flavor. I also ordered beans and the were a mix of baked beans and savory chili and didn't work for me but I did like the cornbread.

Good air conditioning (!!) and strong drinks at the right price. If you're looking for a neighborhood dive, this is it. Food is always delightful when the cook is working. Free pool and shuffleboard, lots of televisions with many channels to surf. Catch a game or watch Golden Girls reruns, your choice.

Parking: The attached parking lot can be kind of crazy when they're busy
