My boyfriend drove 12 miles home just to find out the manager Star made a mistake and put cheese on the hamburger ordered for my child. Not to mention the fries are so salty I can see the grains of salt on the fry. There’s actually a huge pile of salt in the bag itself. I never had any issues in the past so to look at our order before leaving never crossed my mind. When we realized our order was wrong, I called the store to let them know what happened. Michelle was really rude and dismissive. She didn’t even ask for my name or assure me that she was gonna leave a note for the other manager. Michelle kept asking for the receipt number, but was oblivious as to what number was the receipt number. I asked for a manager because Michelle didn’t introduce herself which would have allowed me to know she was also a manager. When I spoke with Star (the other manager) it wasn’t any better. Based on her tone of voice, I got the indication that I was going to get some attitude so I just asked for corporate‘s number instead. After asking for corporate’s number and assuring her that I understood that there was nothing else she could do. Star began to offer me a refund and a new burger when I go back again. Star started asking for my name and assured me that she would let other staff members know about the new burger/refund. I’ll just be going back for a refund. I’m disappointed but shouldn’t be surprised, it’s fast food. My boyfriend also mentioned that guest dining in went up to one of the staff members to show them their burger.

Came here at 1pm to pick up food for a few of my workers and can’t complain. The atmosphere was calm not rowdy, they made our food decently quick overall a nice and quick experience.

Ordered online today. Checked in when I arrived at the store and 20 min later discovered they didn't bother starting the order. It's no wonder they're making mistakes with such few staff for the orders they were getting. I recommend avoiding this location or at the very least place your order at the store, as those orders were being completed.
Update: Had to extend my lunch to drive back because they made the order wrong. They remade the sandwich and apologized.

My experience at Five Guys was one to remember. I'd just had labs done for which I had fasted, so I was starved after I'd arrived from LA. Upon entering the establishment I overheard a lady saying some nasty things, but I didn't pay too much attention. I thought she was on the phone. After my friend and I ordered our food and started to eat, the lady that was outside came inside and started yelling obscenities towards me. I was shocked at first because never in my life have I ever been insulted by some hate-filled human being. I really didn't know what to say. Thanks to the manager, I think who told her to leave if she was going to continue creating a scene. I'm not sure if I'm ok with the manager's actions or not. At the very least, she should have been asked to leave and to never return. I looked at my friend and he looked unbothered by what was happening (he didn't hear all she said) as if I were getting upset about nothing. I couldn't stop the wave of emotions that came over me: pity, concern, confusion, sadness, disappointment, embarrassment, anger, and rage. I couldn't take the high road and not respond to someone's vicious hate-filled speech because I felt it would send the wrong message: that it's acceptable anywhere and that it should go unchallenged. I had lost my appetite and was beginning to become upset by my friend's inaction and apathy. So I went outside for some air and ended up running into that lady who continued her barrage of insults until I couldn't take it anymore. I returned a few choice words of my own leaving her mostly speechless and searching her thoughts for a comeback. It felt good, it felt necessary, and it felt just to call out bigotry and hate. I wasn't going to just accept someone's ignorance and give her a pass to go on and hurt the next person that she doesn't like. Any one of us has a right to be anywhere we want to be, where everyone is invited. And no one has the right to publicly launch a verbal assault against anyone else because of their race, religion, gender, sexual identity, disability, etc. and such unfortunate behavior should not be ignored or tolerated. Thanks Five Guys for being a place where ALL are welcome!

What can I say? If you are into artery clogging hamburgers and Cajun fries, this is the place. Everything taste great, and the Cajun fries are to die for. The employees are friendly and you get your food fast. This is a must stop place for a quick bite....
