Pho is good, staff are kind. Boba tea is delicious but a bit too sweet for my taste.

Came in with my son for lunch while visiting the city. The atmosphere is nice - blue cloud ceiling w paper lanterns was pretty but the food was ok. I had the spicy tofu & asked for medium heat & it was so spicy that I had tears in my eyes, and the flavor of the dish was just ok, aside from the red pepper flakes, not much flavor.

I ordered takeout from here. The fried rice was so burnt that everything in the order had a burnt smell. I couldn’t even eat the rice. I tried to eat the tuna but it was overcooked and had a burnt smell. They didn’t provide any soy sauce. I’m so disappointed. It was a total waste of $70. I am truly horrified that they sent this food out! ☹️

Gave us a price for a $9 margarita then charged $15. He said the waitress left so he called her and she confirmed what she said but he said sorry she was confused. Ripped us off. Horrible customer service.

The portion is quite big, but the taste is just OK. The dish we ordered wasn't hot enough.

We were a party of three, having lunch there during Coachella weekend. We also had a takeout order and mentioned to the waitress that it needed to be billed separately. We initially enjoyed the food and service, but the experience became soured at the end.

We noticed that the bill for our restaurant meal and take out order both had a suggested tip starting at 18%, and then a 20% tip was already included in the bill. We believed the charge on our take out order was unfairly because we didn’t know about the tipping policy and didn’t get the service for the food we ordered to go. We asked the waiter (who didn't serve our table) why was a 20% tip included and if we were informed beforehand anywhere. He had a very dismissive attitude , saying, "How does that make a difference? It’s not like you came here knowing we charge a mandatory 20% tip and wouldn’t eat here.” Idk if he just assumed on our Asian appearance, he said we are definitely not come from Californian because a California law that legally requires them to charge a 20% tip and that everyone walking outside breathing would agree.

I tried to be reasonable with him saying that we were okay with paying the tip for the bill we ate at the restaurant, but for the takeout, we’d like to get a refund for that tip because we didn’t receive service. I asked if that made sense to him. He laughed and said that it didn’t make sense and that a refund was not possible. I said that would be robbery. He then closed our bill book, planning to take it away, and said, “Well, you guys have a good day.”

I admit I got angry at the moment. As he took our bill away, I poured a glass of water at him. When we walked out of the restaurant, he came out for us and asked us to wait for the police. I just crossed the street, planning to wait for the police. He put his hand on his crotch and called us derogatory words. When I tried to take a video, he tried to grab my phone and pushed me.

Luckily, the manager interved. She sincerely apologized for what happened and said no customers or anyone should be treated like this. She then went ahead and refunded us. We ended left $20 for the waitress who served our table, which is over 20% tip.
Again, we're not not willing to pay for the service, a notice of mandatory 20% tip on a Saturday lunch meal would be appreciated.

As a customer, I'm lucky I didn't get hurt at this time, but i would suggest the owner to fire him.

We stopped in for lunch, the menu has a note that vegan options are available. Asking about it, they said they could pretty much make anything vegan. I got the Drunken Noodles w tofu and the server came back to double check no fish sauce bc I wanted it vegan and I appreciated that. Food was really good.

Food was satisfying, the Bahi Mi was delicious (per my friend) the fried rice could of used more spices and soy sauce. The fresh spring rolls were refreshing. The staff joked about putting the peanut sauce on the spring rolls when she’s HIGHLY allergic, I get it was a joke, but it’s life threatening, come on. It’s a good location with parking across the street and right in downtown palm springs so nice for walking around.

We have eaten at this restaurant several times and I just can’t give it better than 3 stars overall because of the poor service.
The food is fairly good, and they have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options on the menu, but we get frustrated with the extremely slow and inattentive service. They really could use a few more staff to help out.
Prices are fair and food portions are good.
The place lacks ambiance, also, but it is fairly clean.
I would recommend it for the good menu and good food, but be prepared to wait.

Noodles were cold, vegetables weren’t cooked through and we were ignored for a surprisingly long period of time. Taste was just ok. Definitely not adding to my regulars list.

By no means am I an expert and I can't attendt to the "authenticity" of the dishes but what I can say is that it is delicious. Hands down the best Bún I have had; I swear time stopped for a moment the frst time I tasted their food. I appreciate the generous portion of fresh veggies to noodles in the dish and the sauce on it is perfect. I recommend this restaurant to everyone who mentions visiting the area and I even find myself driving over 50 miles to Palm Springs with no plans other than going to this restaurant. Do yourself a favor and come eat here- you deserve it.
