The Gelato Granucci catering truck at our wedding was an absolute hit! We got three flavors—pistachio, vanilla, and salted caramel—and they were truly a dream. Outstanding Gelato and not the creamy fake tourist gelato, this is the real deal. We went three different times and had the toffee, pistachio, mint chip, salted caramel and all of them were so good and they weren't overly sweet, like you get with some other places. Simply the best in Palm Springs
