Beautiful outdoor area but very dark over the table we sat at. I did see some lights that perhaps could have been turned on. We were one of two tables dining outside this night and the other was quite far away under nice outside lighting but our group size needed the larger table. Servers were fantastic! Very polite no qualms with service at all. Food was hit and miss. Some came out and some was forgotten. I had the Ribs and everything was cold. Not what you expect from a $38 dish. Dining out has become quite pricy and with that I feel it is fair to have basic expectations of it at least being warm. Otherwise beautiful restaurant with very nice staff.

We had a reservation, took an outside table at a waiter's suggestion and then were ignored for 15 minutes. Uncleared tables all around us. I went to the hostess, who was a snotty little snit. She asked if we had a reservation (there was almost no one there!). She was insolent, didn't smile, didn't apologize, just brought menus to the table and left. When food came, we had to ask for utensils, napkins, salt, pepper. Too bad, otherwise a nice spot and food was generally good (except Belgian waffle was soggy). Manager should terminate that hostess. It was Easter Sunday, not surprised the place was nearly empty.

First timer at GiGi's and loved it! The space is adorable, the hotel adds to the ambiance and fun! Loved our food and excited to dine again on our next trip to PS!

Very loud, ambivalent waitstaff; took forever to get food, insisted on out door seating with no heater despite indoor seating open our entire dinner, multiple mix ups on orders, food came with no plates or utensils and we were asked to set table ourselves. Never got my salt and pepper.

After reading other reviews, I was really excited to book this place for my birthday dinner. The ambience was very cute. We sat outside. It was great. The food was mediocre. The appetizers were amazing, but dinner was poor. Many of us ordered steak and by the time it came out, it was already cold to the touch. The mains were bland. After having apps I was looking forward to it but it was a let down. Also to add, we never got asked if we wanted dessert even after our table was cleared and we were sitting there for 10 minutes which we did want to do since it was my birthday. My friends wanted to sing and whatnots. Service was incredibly slow for us unfortunately. It took probably 15 minutes to get the check. We were just left sitting outside. It was great in the sense that it could accommodate a large party with no plated meal, but unfortunately other things were not as expected.

Our meals were delicious and the outdoor seating area was beautiful. Our waiter was attentive and kind. The outdoor table we sat at was dusty and dirty from the wind, it needed a wipe down before we were seated but other than that, everything was wonderful!

Quintessential Palm Springs style and food! The poolside restaurant is a gem and the service is great. Large portions with vegetarian options. No wait for weekend brunch and reservations are available on Open Table.

My girlfriend and I went there on a Saturday night to try it out and I gotta say it’s pretty good and we loved our bartender, props to Miguel for being an amazing bartender. Ps the lemon drops were amazing and the lavender haze drink. The lamb chops are a must.

Excellent service. The Tuna and greens salad was brightly flavored. The Tuna itself was big, beautiful chunks. The chicken club with fries was the best chicken sandwich I've had in a long time and the fries were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside with seasoning. I would come here again. Restaurant is beautiful and even better if you sit outside. Its a good experience. The hotel next to them is great too.
