Overall this was a great experience. Our food and drinks were wonderful and the ambience at GiGi's is wonderful. The salmon, pasta, halibut, beet salad, and ravioli were on our table. No complaints about the food. There were few minor misses, like no steak on a Saturday and no strawberry rose cordial for the cocktail I wanted. It sounds like the current management is trying to bring back something special.
Server was nice, just appeared to be new and learning the restaurant and its offerings. Took one persons drink order, then left the table without asking the other guests for theirs. Forgot to submit our appetizer order to the kitchen. Said they were out of beer, but had IPA- Steak was cooked as ordered, Risotto was well prepared but Halibut was overcooked and dry. To the restaurant's and servers credit, the halibut was promptly removed from the bill. We have had better food...
Esaw the manager went out of his way to accommodate us when we had a taste for something that was only on the lunch menu instead of relocating we stayed there and had a great dinner and enjoyed our time at the bar
