Saw this place recommended all over the Internet and read the great reviews and we eat a lot of dates at home so we were excited to try a date shake. But I guess it's just not for us. It tasted mostly like vanilla with just a hint of date. The walnut date one was slightly better because the walnut added a little more taste and crunch. The donut was pure sugar and just made it overly sweet (coming from someone who loves good donuts). Idk, just entirely not for me, I'll stick to eating straight dates at home and not pay $9 for what tasted like a vanilla shake.

Date smoothie is a must-try when you are in Palm Springs. It’s a bit too sweet for me, but the creaminess and texture are great. The self-serve water helps balance out the sweetness.

This shake spot hit the spot. We were walking in the evening after dinner and wanted something cold and sweet. The inside is a vibe in its self. I love the atmosphere. It has a history of all the candy, cool lighting, posters of classic movies, a great selection of candy and more. We ordered two classic date shakes and they were delicious! They came with real dates and a small donut which was unique. The workers were quick and helpful.
I love coming here whenever I’m in town. It’s always fun seeing what seasonal flavors they have. But my favorite will always be the classic date shake w/ peanut butter. So good, actually tastes like dates. The staff is always welcoming, too.
