First of all i want you to start off by saying i hate to be this person! I was extremely excited especially driving down all the way from LA to have a nice relaxing chill weekend friday-Monday. Friday check in was okay Michael in the front was super cool and friendly but the rest of the staff there not so much. Feeling like we over paid to stay here. To come in to being told that they have to charge me out $226 on top of the fee i paid to stay here. With half ass service and half ass house keeping . Barista was super rude and disrespectful don't remember her name. Other employees were always giving an ugly face ans just staring. The balcony was dirty, the chairs, the floor, walls, beds, stains, food crumbs, dirty condom. None of this would of stood out if it was for my friend losing the sunblock in the room we destroyed the whole room and found all the flaws. The pool is disgusting the same stains on the chairs, the floors or people spilling things, you pay this extra hotel fee on top of it and mind you house keeping is optional here speaks alot about themselves. They dont like to clean! Or maintenance the hotel. The pool WILL have you reeking of chlorine just no that! I just started reading the reviews and it seems like we aren't the only onessss.

Hotel Zoso was such a beautiful experience from start to finish.
From the moment we pulled up, the valet team made everything feel smooth, easy, and taken care of, which immediately set the tone for the stay. The staff throughout the hotel were genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful in a way that didn’t feel forced, just real hospitality.
The rooms were great, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a fun Palm Springs getaway. The pool and hot tub were definitely highlights too. There was such a good energy around the property,.. relaxed, social, playful, and full of lovely people coming through. It felt like the kind of place where you can actually enjoy yourself, unwind, meet good people, and feel present.
I also really loved the coffee and snack bar. It’s one of those simple details that makes the stay feel more convenient and cared for.
And the entertainment was amazing. The comedy shows and drag shows brought so much personality, fun, and life to the hotel. They made the whole experience feel even more vibrant and memorable.
Overall, Hotel Zoso had the perfect mix of comfort, kindness, good energy, entertainment, and Palm Springs fun. We had a great experience, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Thank hotel was great. I went on a girl's trip. The vibes, the location was perfect. I think the bat closes early at 10pm in the hotel but that's ok because the hotel is walking distance to everything including many bars. The room was clean, no issues and even had a balcony with one chair. The pools vibes were great with the music but it ends at 5pm although the pool is open until 10pm which is amazing. For the location, room, service, and affordably, I give this hotel a 5/5. I literally only took an Uber 1x.

First time visit to Palm Springs. The location was incredible, located right on the edge of downtown within walking distance of just about everything you could want. Staff was friendly and very well informed, and were especially helpful in getting me back some items I had left in the room after returning home. Rooms were nice and seemed well maintained. The AC worked very well (thank god).
Price can be a bit steep, but I think it's worth it. Zoso knows what they are doing. I would definitely consider staying here again on future visits.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a lobby bar waited 45 minutes for the bartender to come down and then horrible service. The manager was horrible and didn’t really care that we were everyone was waiting.

Location is right in the cluster of restaurants and bars. Can walk to everything. Rooms are nice, staff is nice. Expensive on our weekend stay, but less other times. Parking is valet only, but free. No issues.

Hotel is old. Did not feel like a 4 star stay.

Location was wonderful - close to the airport and cute restaurants nearby.
Located beside a nightclub but it was not noisy.
Housekeeping available upon request. Bedding had stains and staff immediately helped to replace it.
Gym is on the older side. Pool area is cute!

I was told that check in was at 4pm. I’ve been present since 12pm and was told that 2pm is the earliest I could check in and I’m still waiting in the lobby. Very poor customer service
