Wow, the waffles were huge. All meals were good sized and fresh fruit mix was delicious.

Selected this property for a short stay in the desert. I had seen mixed reviews since COVID but my personal experience was very positive. Received an incredibly warm welcome from Luke at the Front Desk. He could not have been more gracious and helpful. He even walked us to our room [#302]. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member I was very grateful that my suite upgrade request had cleared. The room was spacious and well laid out. There was a queen bed and a separate sofabed [no mention of this on the website though]. Two negatives included a lot of noise from the outside street [Indian Canyon Drive is a very busy road] also the bathroom really smelled whenever we took a shower.. the drains clearly need to be cleaned out. Everything else was great though...location is awesome...pools are really nice. One piece of advice...the cost of parking is not worth it...we parked on the surrounding streets. Recommend you do the same.

I was here this past weekend with a friend and it was okay. Since my friend is an elite member of the Marriott rewards program we had been upgraded to a suite prior to our arrival which was nice. That said, due to flight delays, we arrived at the hotel around 5PM and our room was not ready. Which was surprising as it was clearly past check in time. Not a big issue, though, as we were given free drinks and a credit and went and had the drinks while we hung out at the pool. When we got to our room, it was fine. They had upgraded us to a "casita". Our casita was essentially a suite. It was totally fine for our needs. Kitchen was nice but for us not necessary. Bathroom was fine. I slept on the pull out couch which they had not made for us when we entered but eventually did once we went out for dinner. Overall, the room was worn - worn carpeting and the decor/ design elements just seemed dated and clunky. I tried out both pools and they were nice and relaxing. I only interacted with two different staff members - the valets. Both very very friendly. So that was a plus. Overall, this hotel was just fine. Nothing that amazing, but it did its job. Worn and uninspiring decor. Some friendly people, and I thought the views of the mountains from just outside my room were great.

I've stayed at this property several times and have loved it and raved about it, so I was completely disappointed starting with check in - all new staff since my last visit, all the friendliness has disappeared, with the exception of the valet. It actually makes me sad to write this review. Rude check in staff, rude manager - a complete surprise. The pools were dirty and towels and garbage left all over the place (takes 5 minutes for a manager or housekeeper to do a couple of runs a day), loud LOUD latin music playing at the outdoor bar which permeated the entire pool and courtyard - along with some completely drunk loud people singing along to the bartender's playlist - the bartender was nice enough but was missing from the bar for 20 minutes while on break, everyone needs a break but where's his back up on a holiday weekend? Or at least an "I'll return in 20 minutes sign"? The final breaking point? The air conditioner was broken in our room when we finally got into it, not something that is at all okay in 110 degree heat. Hotel was full, so had to leave and found another cool as cucumber room at 9 pm on a holiday weekend. In short, their formerly high ratings are going to crash if they don't turn it around quickly. The friendly staff was a huge bonus to this hotel.

My husband, Rodney, and I just returned from three nights at Triada. As always, our stay was exceptional. The hotel is so charming and relaxing. The proximity to the pool from every room is only steps away, the beds are extremely comfortable, and having a kitchen in the room is a plus. The staff is exceptional, friendly, and always goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed. It really is their goal to make sure you have a memorable stay. As a platinum member, we have stayed at several Marriotts in the dessert, but this is by far our favorite! Thank you Triada staff for making our stay memorable, as always!

I stayed here for my birthday. Originally, I was staying at another hotel, but stubbled into the Triada to ask some questions about the Movie Conlony area. Christina was so friendly and helpful. She gave me a map of the area, recommended some restaurants and game me a tour of the facility. I was so impressed with the hotel that I checked out of my other hotel and stayed the rest of my vacation at Triada. They have 2 pools; a saltwater pool & a chlorine pool. The rooms are clean. It is centrally located. I absolutely love this place.

It’s a Joke! Don’t even waste your time trying to eat here let alone find it open. It’s been this way off and on for 3years!When staying in the hotel you get frustrated by the incompetence then the disappointment. So many great PS Restaurants all around much better.

During our stay at Triada we enjoyed a late breakfast at Illuminara before making our way to the Skytram experience. The restaurant is a bit cozy so it can fill up fast. Since we were there late we had plenty of seating options and excellent attention from the staff. Our food was also quite tasty. We’ll likely do the same before leaving for the airport tomorrow.

This is located in the Triada hotel. Off the lobby, very small, with a small bar. Our first day there we had to wait about 35-40 minutes for our room so we went and sat at the bar - Mateo was working that afternoon and he was really great. Talked to us about local attractions, even printed out a list of things, and kept us entertained. Makes a great Moscow Mule! He made our first time there really enjoyable. We had breakfast in the restaurant 2 mornings - simple fare, not an extensive menu, but it's a boutique hotel, so we didn't expect 100 choices. Scrambled eggs, bacon, coffee, toast - stuff like that. Really great staff there.

Small little restaurant that has a small indoor and patio seating to enjoy a few items . They do offer happy hour from 4-7pm which is a plus. Except items that offer shrimp is an extra $10, kinda steep for my opinion. But if you prefer to stay on hotel grounds , this place is not bad . First the waiter Gilbert was amazing , and super friendly and attentive . The food was a bit something that they can be corrected , I already heard a few customers complaining to him so I didn't want to complain. Food temp for the food was not as warm as expected . The Spanish inn dip I was expecting would be a warm gooey dip, but the cheese was still formed into shreds . The angel hair pasta was barely warm and needed some olive oil it was more on the dryer side . Other than that I can't wait to be back and have a few laughs with all the amazing staff .

Had the continental Breakfast. It was bread in a bag I had to toast myself. Coffee pot empty. DeCaf coffee empty. Good thing I like tea. Horrible. Just plain old horrible.

I enjoyed this hotel and being able to have a quiet swim after my day at work! I also stayed here. This restaurant is best for guests staying as you jsut have to saunter back to your room after happy hour!
