I was here this past weekend with a friend and it was okay. Since my friend is an elite member of the Marriott rewards program we had been upgraded to a suite prior to our arrival which was nice. That said, due to flight delays, we arrived at the hotel around 5PM and our room was not ready. Which was surprising as it was clearly past check in time. My husband, Rodney, and I just returned from three nights at Triada. As always, our stay was exceptional. The hotel is so charming and relaxing. The proximity to the pool from every room is only steps away, the beds are extremely comfortable, and having a kitchen in the room is a plus.
