Whenever I’m in town, or even when Palm Springs comes up, I tell people about Inka. Incredible food, and friendly staff that far outpaces many of the other restaurants in the area.
It’s very unique, but I ALWAYS get the beef heart dish, Anticucho Peruano. There’s nothing quite like it, and it’d be hard to find elsewhere.

the food was so fresh and delicious. my boyfriend and i shared the lomo saltado and the ceviche. the civiche was so refreshing with the lime juice and the steak that came with the lomo saltado was cooked perfect. the service was kind and attentive. great peruvian food!

Genuinely authentic Peruvian food, very creative and tasty cocktail menu, and amazing service. Food all tasted amazing.
Love the flavor of food. For the meats, you don't need any sauce, they're delicious as is. Would highly recommend Inka! Sitting outside in downtown Palm Springs while enjoying this amazing meal was a treat especially for people watching.

All the steak variants are pretty great. Green (verde) fettucine option is a great choice! Leche de tigre is a more impressive option over the standard ceviche.

Family owned! Excellent food and service! The owner came out to talk about what I can eat due to celiac. Most everything was GF and delicious!!

My group and I loved our dinner here. Not much to look at but the food was very savory! Drinks were tasty as well. Server was attentive and kind. Will recommend!

Absolutely delicious. I ordered the Tofu Saltado, my companion had the Beef. Amazing. I practically licked the plate clean. Highly recommend and also suggest a Passion Fruit Pisco Sour with your meal. Can't wait to go back.
