Nina, the worst employee at this store who hung up on me while talking/complaining about the missing items in our order.
Before we left the store, I asked the employee who delivered the food to our car if I need to double check the order or if everything is in the bag, the employee said ‘you can double check but I put everything in the bag’. Came home and ate but only to find out that we were missing a drink and a sauce that we asked. Hence, the call. Very unprofessional to hang up on a customer and even said that ‘you’re lying on your order’. For sure everyone has different experiences—good and bad but the average reviews here on Google say a lot that there are much more bad reviews than the good ones.

Well just ordered a breakfast jack and a loaded breakfast sandwich and a large diet coke. They were too busy chatting and the drink was ice to the top and very little soda, the loaded breakfast sandwich wasnt even loaded. If you are having issues with each other in the store, deal with it on your own time, not the customers. Food was dry and we both have the runs after eating. Never going back and letting all of our friends know
