This restaurant is a hidden gem. Tucked away on a quiet street, but totally worth finding. The menu had a few unique dishes you don’t see everywhere. I tried the eggplant lasagna, which was amazing — light, flavorful, and comforting. The portion was generous, and I even took some home. The waiter was very attentive and even brought us water without asking — small things that show they care. The place wasn’t loud or crowded, just peaceful and enjoyable. Highly recommended.
We enjoyed a nice casual brunch and their menu covered the brunch - lunch options for all tastes and a creative breakfast drink options ranging from fruity to spicy!
Food was really unenjoyable, sent back one dish all together because the chicken was an inedible texture. It's a shame it was a cute neighborhood restaurant but everyone's food was just ok or bad. The waitress was kind and took it off the check. Maybe a better place to go and get drinks.
As always, Jake's is a favorite restaurant while I'm in Palm Springs. The food is cooked and presented beautifully. The service is always on point. And the atmosphere and friendliness of everybody there is always appreciated.
We went there for my BF's birthday and were very pleased! The ambiance is incredible, very Palm Springs! The food was excellent as well! We'll definitely be going back.
I was disappointed that Jake's did not offer a vegetarian entree on their summer menu. The menu I reviewed online prior to making the reservation was different than the one at the restaurant. Usually, the chef is willing to modify a meat entree, but that wasn't the case here. I ended up with a salad which was fine, because, fortunately, I wasn't too hungry.
The food was delicious, the service is perfect, but the noise level is so bad that we could not have a conversation without screaming at each other and needing to repeat things so the people at our table could hear us. That made dining there very uncomfortable and not not a good experience. It was too hot to eat outside. Jake's should invest in some noise reduction.
Great place to enjoy terrific food and service. Large cocktail menu to start the meal followed by good appetizers and entrees.
Great food, great service great atmosphere. Prices are reasonable.

First visit and we enjoyed it very much!
Despite an afternoon downpour the experience was amazing. The entire team worked together to move tables and get guest protected from the rain.
1 of my favorite PS with old owners - new guys holding up the goodness Expanded but still small feel - personal service Get there eat and enjoy
It was a get together with friends who had never been to Jake's. We sat in the courtyard which was pleasant except for the extremely close quarters. There were times I felt there were more than the 4 of us sitting at our very small table. In the past when we've been there it been just two or three of us. The smallish tables and closeness to other tables really isn't conducive to a party of four.
I had the Thai shrimp dish which was uniquely flavorful. One of the best meals I have ever had. Everyone was inviting and kind. We sat outside where the ambience was cozy and charming. The service was phenomenal. Highly recommend!
