Jersey Mike's Subs

Jersey Mike's is our go-to location for a great sandwich. We've been at this location a few times and this is the first time that the personnel was not friendly, attentive or engaging and when I arrived the store only had one customer seated at a table. I understand that the personnel is young but that is not an excuse for being disconnected with their jobs.

Every time I come here, I have a bad experience. Employees walk to the back and hang out when I’m out front only customer in the store asking for a sandwich. They asked me for my Sandwich three times what I wanted. I told them three separate times. I ended up having to walk out of the store because they wouldn’t respond.

The guy’s that work here provided great customer service. My Philly cheese steak sandwich was delicious. The restaurant was nice, and clean as well. I’ll definitely be back.

We came for first time since opened and Moises was so friendly made the best sandwich. Really helpful so awesome definitely be back awesome customer service thank you Moises!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Moses. I have been in customer service my entire adult life so I can recognize it from a mile away. Moses is a genuine example of how to treat people, and how to engage with positivity. If you ever read this Moses, you are genuinely appreciated, never change!

Original Italian, giant of course, was outstanding! And the fact it was Jersey Mike's Day of Giving made it all the more satisfying. You guys behind the counter were busy, the place was full, and yet you kept it light and funny. Excellent camaraderie and backup. Yeah, we notice things like that.

Better off going to the cabazon location. Or try ordering from here then order from cabazon and you’ll see what I mean

This is my go to for a Philly steak sandwich on parmesan roll, hands down! Also love the ham and capacolla done Mike's Way with lettuce, tomato, onion, vinegar and oil, oregano salt and pepper! What a taste sensation. I actually crave one or the other frequently. Honestly, the fresh baked rolls, sliced deli meats, and veges are absolutely fresh and delicious every time. The team at my local Jersey Mikes always hustle and gets a long line moving, and I have never had a wrong order! Love this place.

Put in a mobile order on 1/13/25 and the 3 men working the night shift were very quick with my order & sandwiches were made perfectly. Didn’t get their names but amazing service!
