I got a gift card as a Christmas present for Jersey mikes in Palm Springs , the two times we went ,was very close to closing time , I was blown away at the level of kindness, and just the positive atmosphere of this store. The employees we encountered went above and beyond in their service, from the moment we walked in . The sandwiches of course always surpass expectations, but these days it’s rare to find such good energy and great customer service anywhere , so I wanted to say we appreciate you guys very much and wanted also to say THANK YOU!

Typical Jersey Mike's. Food in the past has been as expected. Waited over 20 mins in line and never made it to the order counter. Observations showed personnel moving very slow. Left and went next door to Chipotle.

Normally good service. Person taking order, if working on a sandwich always has written down my name and order so as to remember it. (What I order generally takes longer.)This time she asked my name & order and failed to write anything down. After waiting over 10 minutes and no other customers left I get up from the table & another very nice woman asks if she can help me. I explained my order and it turns out was never made. She goes in back & finds the one who took my order & that woman says, " it's over there." The only thing over there was an empty sub roll and nothing else prepared or cooked. The other woman said she could fix me something starting now. I said no thanks. At no point did the woman who took my name and order write it down or apologize for forgetting my order. At no point did anyone offer anything. As a regular customer I won't be returning for awhile.

If I could give this store a zero, I would. Picked up an order for 2 sandwiches, one was SWIMMING in Mike's Way, so much so that the entire bun fell apart upon opening the wrapper. Not to mention the grease and juice dripping out of the wrapper, through the bag and onto my leather car seat. I called and spoke to ELI, who said he was the manager "in charge", explained the situation, and and requested either a new sandwich to be made or a credit. I even offered to bring the nasty one right back and he could switch it out. I understand, mistakes happen, new employees all the time, someone F----d up, it happens, no biggie. But Eli refused? Are you kidding me? Your sandwich completely sucked, the meat was sliced too thin, falling apart and disintegrated into little cat food looking Turkey crumbs,and the entire sandwich and sogged out bun was floating in a puddle of schmutz. Whomever the sandwich maker was who doused the sandwich to the point it resembled a wet sponge, should have been pulled aside by the fair ELI and made it a reaching moment. Instead, ELI says he can't do anything about it because I didn't specify "light" Mike's Way...LOL?!?! What a moron. I've never complained about your mediocre sandwiches in 10 years, yet you won't even switch it out for a better sandwich? Terrible excuse for being a total idiot! I used to order from this place 2-3 times per week, not anymore. This moron ELI wanted to argue over a $10.50 sandwich even though not one bite was taken out of the sandwich?! I'm part owner of a high end restaurant in LA, if I had an employee like ELI who treated a loyal customer the way he behaved today, I'd fire him on the spot! This Dbag should NOT be making management decisions on behalf of Jersey Mikes! Hey Corporate, if you're reading this, he's a liability! You just lost a long time loyal customer. DO NOT EAT AT THIS STORE, ROTTEN SANDWICHES AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
