I love everything about John Henry’s Cafe, except the food. The service is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is wonderful. The drinks are quite good. The food is very average at a well above average price. .

Unfortunately it seems it's not the best kept secret in Palm springs anymore as the food quality, the service, and the ambience are five stars every time I've been there. First came into John Henry's 15 years or so ago, and each time the service and food is impeccable. Thank you to the owners and staff at John Henry's Cafe for consistently providing impeccable food and service !

The food was good. A little packed inside, outdoor seating is the way go to, however, keep an eye out for berries or leaves falling off the trees that hang over the dining tables, they might fall into your dinner plate. Wine and drinks are available.
