Always exceeds our expectations! From the welcome smile at the front desk to the moment we leave, they always make us feel at home and appreciated. The service is flawless and the food hits all the right notes. For a wonderful evening out, this is the place! Thank you for taking such good care of our family.

The food is amazing, my wife had one of or the best eggplant parmigiana she has ever had. The lasagnas meat sauce is so rich and tasty. Great friendly service with outstanding authentic Italian food. The only advice you need is don't eat too much which is hard not to do at johnnys.

Opening night after their summer break and Johnny's was hitting on all cylinders. We were seated promptly. Our server was timely and attentive. Food was top notch. Great dining experience.

I brought my wife here for our first anniversary and was shocked by how badly we were treated. Because we came only for dessert—the lava cake—the owner and waiters decided we “weren’t spending enough.” They kicked us out of the booth I’d reserved days earlier and stuck us at a tiny table right next to the front door, where people crowded around us while they waited. It was miserable and humiliating.

The lava cake was the whole reason we chose this place. My wife LOVES it; it’s her absolute favorite dessert, and your website flaunts it like a promise. But when we tried to order it, the staff rolled their eyes and acted like we were wasting their time. Watching her excitement turn to disappointment ruined the night.

Meanwhile, the servers hovered with annoyed faces, pressuring us every few minutes to buy more—like we were in a pushy car dealership, not a restaurant meant for celebrating love.

This was, without exaggeration, the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. You turned what should have been a joyful memory into a painful one. And believe me, I’m going to tell EVERYONE—friends, family, coworkers, social-media followers, anyone who asks for a recommendation—to stay far, far away from this place.

Johnny Costa's was amazing. If you are looking for a hidden gem in Palm Springs this is the place. Beautiful decor, and wonderful service. Daniel was amazing, perfect service! The Chef Vince came out to visit with us and check on our meal. The selection and food was amazing! Lobster ravioli is a must and the creme brûlée was to die for!! We will be back soon

Love the family owned restaurant. This is the best Italian in Palm Springs in my opinion. Chef Vince is amazing and makes the best marinara sauce I I have ever eaten. Sara the server is extraordinary. Knowledgeable and smiles and just excellent service. I highly recommend this establishment.

We have been eating at Johnny Costa's for over 15 years. They have maintained the excellent food, service and ambiance. It is one of our favorite restaurants.

We had a large friend and family gathering in Palm Springs for a graduation. My sister-in-law coordinated a dinner from here. The food was incredible and all 30 of us devoured everything. The pasta dishes were fabulous. I would go here all the time if we lived in Palm Springs. Highly recommend. Best Italian food ever.
