We had a Fabulous time in the JWB. Ordered Calamari and several really good drinks. Adam Our bartender was especially good with mixing the drinks and was very personable and friendly. A little cheeky too which was quite amusing. Overall this place deserves 5 Stars from me.

Having spent many years traveling in Europe I am quite accustomed to dining in hotel restaurants. This one in Palm Springs is excellent. Great food, nice selection, well prepared and presented, and wonderful staff throughout, from host/hostess stand, to servers, runners, kitchen crew, and bartenders. Made reservations. We were seated right next to the door. We requested a table change and the answer was NO even though the entire dining room was EMPTY except for us and stayed that way for almost 40 minutes. We were informed by our server that they had no fish (2 of their main entrees) and 1 of appetizers was unavailable. Wait staff was good- food just ok for the price.
