Kaiser Grille Palm Springs

Nicholas was outstanding as a server. What a pleasure to encounter someone who is pleasant, engaging and hospitable! The food at Kaiser Grille is consistently top notch and never disappoints!

Terrific service and delicious food for a very reasonable price- we will definitely go back!

It was an odd evening. My wife ordered swordfish with a substitution of carrots ($6.50) for the mixed vegetables. She was brought halibut with asparagus. We commented it was halibut and asparagus is not carrots. They took it away, first assuring us it was halibut, but would get her carrots. They brought the fish back with 4 carrots. It was still the halibut. My wife said the halibut was very good so we did not worry about it. Our server stopped by and asked how things were. I was very direct and said that her plate had halibut, not swordfish. He looked and assured us it was swordfish. My wife told me to let it go because the fish was good even though it was not swordfish. My chicken dinner was tasty. My upgrade to the Brussel Sprouts was disappointing. They needed another two minutes of cooking. Oh well. The bill showed we were charged for halibut. We have eaten at Kaiser Grille multiple times and will continue to try again. The staff was incredibly busy because of the Pride Festival that weekend. Every table was full. I cooked some swordfish the night we got home so she was still able to have a swordfish dinner!

We love Kaiser Grille. Great place for cocktails and people watching and the food is delicious. The services is always very good.

The service was great, but wow, the menu was over whelmingly full of every food imaginable but overall, the the food was just plain bad. Not saying it is the worst but probably the worst I have ever had in Palm Springs. Gordon Ramsey needs to do a TV show here and help them. The burger was so bland and dry, I couldn't swallow it. The pork rib that they say is smoked is a small tiny grey meat with a quick blast of smoke before they serve it. Quite bland. I could go on and on, but I won't come here again. It was very over priced. Walk down the street to any number of other restaurants that are full of people, enjoying a good meal.

This restaurant is highly overrated. The food was terrible. The service was terrible. The only thing was good was the dining outside. I looked up top restaurants in Palm Springs and this one came up. They should check that review closely. I would never go there again.

The food is very tasty. We ordered the eggplant and the branzino, both good size entrees. Our drinks were very nice as well. Reyna, our server, was very attentive and professional. Very nice atmosphere on Palm Canyon. It was Thursday night and we had a view of the street fair that was bustling.

Great food, fantastic service I would recommend to anyone in the downtown Palm Springs area to check out this place

We ate early after leaving the golf course. Food and service were outstanding and we were in and out before the crowds!

Second time dining there in a week! Friends in town and I wanted a fun place to take them for lunch near all the downtown Palm Springs activities. Cocktails are great (I had the dragonfruit margarita) and so is the food and the service.

We celebrated our 6th wedding anniversary at Kaiser Grill and we can't be more grateful for the wonderful hospitality we received.

great locarion, good prices at happy hr, but not great service ( wine options limited & forgot our pizza order & pizza was bad), iceberg lettuce wedge was great, coconut shrimp over cooked. probably wont go back. platic chairs on patio made horrible sound as chairs moved throughout evening. ate on fri nite,

Always a delicious meal with great service at Kaiser Grill. Great for date night or with a group.
