NO WALK IN SERVICE ANYMORE BECAUSE THEY ARE AFRAID TO WAIT ON HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND SO THEY CUT OFF ALL ACCESS TO HOMELESS HUNGRY PEOPLE. BAD MISTAKE AND UNKIND.

I usually don't have a problem with places....but today takes the cake. Pla ed my drive thru order at 5:11 and was asked to pull up front because they are making "fresh fries" 5:25 I look up whole staff is sitting down eating. I go up to knock on the door to see where my order was and they literally looked at me laughed and continued eating. The chef came all the way from the back to see what my concern was. After he closed the door they all continued to laugh again. The girl who was working drive thru was sitting and eating and then running back to the register to take orders. I'm sure whom ever the manager is they should know better. I'm sure this isn't corporate training. So horribly disappointed. And now knowing the young lady was more worried about her meal is probably the reason they still couldn't give me the correct sauces. Doubt I'll return to this place. I work waaaaay to hard to feel humiliated and giving my hard earned money to a bunch of people who could care less about customer service!!!

The biscuits were hard as a rock, the chicken was very dry and hard, the corn was undercooked, the mac n cheese was cold, the mashed potatoes were cold like it was reheated and reserved. Bad Management, waste of 60$ to come and eat here. TERRIBLE

Ended up having to wait for my food. Along with 3 or 4 other cars. also, they forgot one of my items to my order which they are replacing but I understand they were short-staffed.

I went through drive thur and I didn't get what I ordered all the biscuits were hard the chicken was cold and slimly not cooked all the way you can tell it was really old food it was all bad I will never return

They got my order completely wrong, fought with me when I asked for a refund and returned the food. Was told I would have to come in the next day when manager was in ! No manager the next day, was told to come back the next day! Grant you this is going on the third day for a refund of under 30.00. Simply put I will never ever eat there again, food tasted awful and the customer service was worse. All this while I'm trying to bury a friend who just passed the day before, and pack up a home. That was about 2 weeks ago now, still no refund!!

Food ordered online. Arrived 10 minutes after order placed. Doors were locked. Drive thru only though door states online orders would allow doors to be opened.Employee gestured thru window that drive thru only. Going to drive thru was told that order would take 10 minutes to make as there was no food. Waited 10 minutes and nothing. Waited another 10 minutes for a total of 30 minutes including order time. Went thru drive thru again to inquire about order. Told that I would need to wait more as they were still making the order.This is despite that there were no other orders being made by any other customers. Employees (two) laughed when I stated I had been waiting for a while. To paraphrase "What do you want us to do? It's just us here. I didn't know you were waiting on your order". Both employees refused to answer what their names were or who their manager was. They laughed some more and handed me my order eventually. I stated that they would expect complaints about this lack of customer service. "Go ahead" and laughed at me. I did not consume the order as I don't know what they may have done to it.Next step is to contact franchise owner and KFC corporate. These employees were callous and uncaring of any customers.The location was not maintained.
