Bar closed at 10 so the opening hours on Google don’t seem to be correct. The margarita was okay.

We were excited to stay here for a girls weekend, but everything went wrong so quickly. When we got there after checking in we walked up to our room and it was super hot. AC was off. We set it to 68 and decided to head to the pool for a few hours to cool off expecting our room to be nice and cool upon returning. When we left the pool around 6 o'clock, we realized that we could not get into our building because the power was off and the glass doors were shut and had to be opened manually by other guests at the hotel, we had to walk up through the emergency stairs to the third floor, which was not a big deal, but our room was so so hot. We then walked to the lobby to see how long there would be an outage for they said that they did not expect it to be more than like 10 minutes. The power did not come back on until about 7:45 pm. We then went back to our room to get ready and while we were up there, the AC didn't go below 78 and the power went off again while we were getting ready. We went out to dinner and a lounge. We returned at around 1:10 in the morning and noticed that all the lights were off again. All the doors to get into the building were open and it was pitch black we had to use our flashlights to get back into our room. This was a huge safety concern because anybody could've gotten into the resort and there was no security. We went to the lobby and expressed our concerns with the front desk and manager and they said we could leave and find another hotel. They were very inconsiderate and rude. They also said they wouldn't compensate for the inconvenience or travel. It took us an hour to find another hotel about 20 minutes away. The next day we went back because we had left a makeup bag in the room, it was dark and we left in a hurry. Again we expressed our concerns and experience to the manager Diego and he showed no empathy and was beyond rude. I will never stay in this hotel again and do not recommend it to anyone! Management does not care about their customers! Worse experience ever!

We came as a group of 12 and had a great experience. Josiah, our server, was so attentive and did an amazing job ?. The food was great, I had the Quesadilla and the rire roasted salsa was delicious. And the atmosphere was easy, breezy and as expected from a hotel called Margarita Ville! We will be back and hopefully get Josiah again.

Stopped by and picked up chicken nachos and garlic parm fries (not on the menu but wanted something snack-ish and waitress offered. That's how great the staff is) while headed back to room. Walking back we saw inviting pool with fire pits lit and seating so we ate there. It's really fun and delicious!

We stopped to have a drink here on our way out to our dinner reservation and WOW was I surprised! I had the best espresso martini I have ever had before. It was delicious! Manny was our bartender and he was amazing. He was personable and all 4 of us had incredible drinks. If we didn’t have reservations we would have stayed!
