I placed an order online to pickup. I get there my name is on the screen but no order. I'm waiting to get helped and someone else comes in. Marta helped that person with like 20 pizzas instead of helping me with a missing order that only had a lunch combo. Very unprofessional.

Great to have in the neighborhood as it’s a tasty yet economical pizza option. Good service… these guys work their butts off and could probably use help.

So I have never been one to complain but the little Caesars on sunrise and vista chino in palm springs is closed already on a Thursday at 8:30pm. Normally people don't want to cook in the middle of the week so that's when they normally get take out and it's like 8:30 and they are closed. I don't know what's going on with this location but I have eaten at this Little Caesars Pizza for years but. Recently it hasn't been that good. I hope this location gets its act together because it's like the only one in Palm springs the biggest location at the biggest corner of town and it's always has something wrong with it or they mess up on my pizza now or they're closed early on a Thursday come on now guys get it together.

I ordered 3 large pizzas. I paid $30 for them. Fair price. After an hour I hadn't received the notice they were ready so I called. The phone had a fast busy signal so...I drove over. I was met by an East Indian and Hispanic female. Neither one could communicate with me. All they would say was "no more order". I'm out $30 that I'll have to dispute through my bank and I'm still hungry! Domino's is across the street. Buy your pizzas there !

The phone is never working and some of the employees look like they are under the influence when working at night.

The two guys working on 09/17 ( didn’t get their names) are doing a great job. Excellent work and service here. Super clean, really nice guys. Plus, it’s kinda cool watching them spin the spatula.

Maybe it's time to update the phone # it just rings no one ever answers the phone. Does it work or we just being ignored ?

This was the worst takeout food experience I've ever had. They wouldn't answer their phone, so I had to order it online. I like the sauce in the toppings that come out very close to the edge of the pizza, certainly no more than one inch from the edge. The sauce went from the middle to 4 in of the edge, the cheese not much more than that. Despite their convenient location I won't go there even if I'm desperate

I went in to grab a pizza and was ignored for about 5 mins until I was finally helped. The attitude was that they didn't want to be there. Doubt I will visit that location again.

What a jokeI walk inThere's an employee cleaning the front door spraying chemicals.I proceed to wait 2 mins.Nobody comes to counter to help me.The employee at front door is spraying chemicals this entire time, the door fan blows, chemicals are literally getting on my clothes hair etc.I ask the employee is someone avaliable to help me place an order?She gives a bad look and then stops.At that point, I left.Dominos is across the street I'll give them my $ instead for a party tonight.Do better.

Can't get a simple order right. Ever. I don't care about the toppings but well done is literally 5 seconds of work to put it back on the conveyor belt and back in the oven. I'm so sick of all these fast food slackers. If you don't appreciate your job, GO FIND ANOTHER!! I'm done with this place.

We ordered with delivery, driver bring us wrong pizza. When I called to the restaurant, woman in phone told me she can’t help me, and that’s not her problem and hanged up. Call center offered me only refund, my veggie wife got a pizza with meat, and no one can do anything about it. Very rude… I do not recommend
