Manhattan In the Desert

We had a delicious meal yesterday. The chicken and spareribs. Very attentive manager and staff. We will go back.

Ridiculously overpriced. $13 for onion rings. $16 for fried pickles. Seriously? Nice redo in the bar area.

I love this diner. My favorite entree is the hamburger steak on the early bird menu. My favorite server, Cliff, takes great care of us whenever he waits on us.

We always have a great experience at Manhattan in the Desert! Good food with reasonable prices and large servings, good service (thank you Larry), and nice atmosphere.

There was a mishap with the food but after bring it to waiter attention it was corrected. Great overall restaurant

Cheerful restaurant with deli- and comfort-type menu, pleasantly served in a roomy and casual atmosphere. The special menu prices (e.g., summer, early-dining) are very reasonable, given the quantity, quality, and diversity of choices.

What a great place. Extensive menu is sure to satisfy even the most picky eater. Food is delicious. Staff make the experience here worth it. Smiling faces and lots of engagement. Highly recommend.

We saw they have amazing google reviews, just casually visiting. We had great brunch,all of the servers were awesome and welcoming. We asked for their signature menu and dessert, one of our servers explained all the details of the restaurant menu !
The corned beef sandwich was huge big. All the layers of the beef looked cool,juicy and tasty! Make sure you request the fresh crunch cucumber pickles and cabbage pickles with the corned beef(no additional charge)

Food was really good, got the corned beef and veggies plate and it was unexpectedly a lot of food. The sandwiches seem a little expensive but still were reasonable. They also offered us a sample of chicken liver as I've never tried it which was nice.

Casual and yummy!

Their food and their service is always excellent. If they were downtown, they would be one of the best restaurants downtown.

Manhattan was a convenient and pleasant place to meet friends for lunch. The service was good. One drink was overlooked initially. The food was good value, portions perhaps larger than needed and the menu comprehensive. Seating was comfortable and well spaced. For a casual meal it proved a good location that met out expectations.

The pastrami was cold and fatty. Asked for lean. The chicken soup was cold and had sn odd taste. The service very poor. The fries wernt bad.
