My friends don’t like McDonald’s but I do. The service and food are always consistent Wi-Fi I’ve never gotten to work at this location. Atmosphere has issues twice now I’ve been there with someone blaring something on their cell phone; that sucks and nobody in management comes out to tell them to silence their phones. One more time and I am no longer an eat in customer.

Waited forever to have our order taken, seemed VERY short staffed. Went to order another burger, but after standing there for 5 minutes and was noticed by them in the bac, NO ONE came out to do anything. So, we left. Very sad as much as one is paying now for fast food, this place DID NOT qualify for anytime of fast food service. Especially if after five minutes and people looking over and seeing me there never came to ask what I needed. Lifted hungry since I was unable to order my 2nd burger.

I just wanted a nice easy morning, so we went to McDonald’s for an easy breakfast. We ordered a side of bacon but gave us a side of sausage. We ordered a ham egg McMuffin, but we got a sausage egg McMuffin. They gave us no utensils, and no condiments. The service was grouchy and mean.

I'm a doordasher and the the window was refusing to take orders. Customers food was ready and had to wait an extreme amount of time.
The staff at this family run franchise is stellar.
I have one thing to say about this new refill poli y. Its obviously meant to deter loitering on the premise by people experiencing homelessness. That's foolishness.
Ordering at the kiosk will never work. It's way too confusing.

Ordered on app for drive thru 6:08 pm , live 7 min away . Drive thru was empty. Was told to drive to 1st window to get our monopoly stickers, instead the lady told us that the cookie tote we ordered was missing 4 cookies and that they only had 9 . Then said they would get name so i could get my cookies . Didn’t get my stickers (whatever we were just hungry and wanted some cookies too) we get to next window greeted by a man who told us he would have out 9 cookies out fresh and to park in # 1 . Gave us food portion and drinks. We ended up waiting 20 mins before having to get off to ask about cookies. We ended up eating some of dinner in car . Then we waited to be attended by an older lady Who was at the front taking orders then after we were finally asked what we needed or wanted to order we explained to her the situation and how we were waiting for our cookies for 20 minutes so she kindly went to the back to ask what was going on we could hear them talking about something about cookies being burnt I’m not too sure so she comes back saying they only had eight cookies so at this point I’m like I just wanna refund so she ended up giving me a refund and the eight cookies But very disappointing on the drive-through people how they handled the situation of not having enough when we order through the app and it was not a good look for this, McDonald’s

Missing items again and the problem is we've been missing items so much that we can no longer get refunds or Replacements through the delivery app because it has happened so often they're refusing to do anything for it anymore this is a constant missing items not getting the correct drink I didn't get my game pieces I didn't get my hash browns this time
