My sweet husband had the audacity to ask the bar tender a question about the menu. His response was venomous and rude. He tried to gaslight in an attempt to make my husband’s question seem stupid. We live here and have been there multiple times but I will never go back. It’s not good enough to treat customers poorly. Mediocre at best.

Meh. And for these prices, meh is unacceptable. Our biggest complaint was the service. We had a reservation and were shown promptly to our table. The we sat there. And sat there. Finally the waiter came over and took our order. Mind you, there were plenty of staff running around so it did not seem they were short handed. We both ordered the special lobster bisque. It was loaded with lobster pieces which was great but the soup was grainy and not all that good. We both ordered the NY Strip which was cooked to order and quite good. We shared the mushrooms, corn and onion rings. The mushroom and corn were good. The onion rings tasted greasy. Then we sat there again. No one cleared the table until we flagged a waiter down. We decided to skip dessert. Would we return here? No way. The steak was very good but for these prices, the mediocre service is just a deal killer.

Thank you Russell for taking care of us. Wow - great experience when coming in for the first time ~20 mins before closing time (had gotten out of a late evening event just prior). Vegetable Wellington that is totally vegan?! Drinks were fantastic. We will definitely be back.

This is a mediocre steakhouse in Palm Springs. Food is overpriced ($28 for 5 small sized shrimp cocktail appetizer,) the steak was overcooked, desserts were downright awful (we got one for free because one of them was inedible,) service was slow and almost too chatty. Sides were tiny, despite being described as shareable. "Twice baked potato" was 1/2 of a potato! Ridiculous for $16. There wasn't enough butter for the Parker rolls. The cocktails arrived late and not cold. The side items were also lukewarm. Overall, skip it. There are TONS of good restaurants in Palm Springs. This place is overrated, overpriced, and not worth $550 for 4 people.

Absolutely everything we ordered was delicious. The onion rings were out of this world and the beef Wellington was delicious as well. Would highly recommend a visit! And be sure to check out their awesome speak easy for cocktails after dinner as well.

So, we hit up Mr. Lyons Steakhouse for my girl's birthday dinner, and let me tell you, it was one heck of a ride. No reservations? No problemo. They totally hooked us up with a spot, and while we were waiting, they sent us to this secret bar behind a curtain. Inside, they were playing "Wedding Crashers" in black and white, which was a great addition to the ambiance. After about 30 minutes of chillin', we got seated at this cozy table near the main bar. Started things off right with a chopped and tossed wedge salad and some bomb bread rolls with herb butter. Seriously, those rolls were like fluffy clouds of heaven. For the main event, we went big with the beef Wellington and steak and frites, plus some Mac and cheese and corn on the side (shoutout to the bartender for the rec). Let me just say, flavor town, population: us. And the beef Wellington? Absolute perfection. As if that wasn't enough, they topped it all off with a complimentary dessert for the birthday girl, complete with a candle. Talk about the cherry on top! All in all, Mr. Lyons Steakhouse delivered big time. Killer food, killer vibes, and killer service. Can't wait to do it all again.

Absolutely LOVED it! Food amazing! Ambiance fabulous! Service professional! Can't wait to go again.

Everything was delicious. Best salad I had in forever. The ribeye was excellent, even for the portion. I devoured the Brussel sprouts, but only half until the vinegar got overwhelming. The mac & cheese had an terrific pungent cheese flavor that most lack. Service was attentive and courteous. They even took the Brussel sprouts off my bill just cuz I gently complained about the vinegar. One of the best meals I had in a long time, even if not perfect.

I'm very sorry but was really disappointed with our visit to this restaurant. The food was very expensive, and my friends prime rib, which was supposed to be cooked medium, looked raw and was tough to cut. The waiter was rather condescending when one of our drinks order wasn't right. A couple of the meals were good.

We love this restaurant for special occasions. The food last night was so delicious, the cocktails were great and the wine list comprehensive. The ambience is great. We were seated at a banquet so it was very romantic. The only thing that could improve was the service. Our server was very soft spoken and difficult to hear.

We had a lovely waitress named Victoria she answered every question we had. She made us all feel special. Loved the dishes we choose. We are happy we ended our vacation with this choice!

Mr. Lyons knocked everything out of the park! Appetizers were a little out of the ordinary and all delicious. My scallops were cooked to absolute perfection as well as the filet. Brussels so good we had to get a second order. No one was in the mood for dessert but somehow managed to clean the plate of all three that were ordered. Don't skip on the date cake. 10 star service and vibe. Coming back, hopefully soon

The food was amazing. The Meat was perfectly done. The beet and barrata the best our friend ever had. As was the red wine he ordered a California. The mushrooms. Were a huge portion. We shared 3 ways. And our mashed potatoes delicious. We all enjoyed the meal immensely.
