We wanted ribs—which were very high priced—they were out. Wanted bbq pork, out! They weren’t even apologetic! Why don’t we just come some other time? Wouldn’t have been so bad if we hadn’t had the same story on another visit!!
Couldn't find it.
We ended up here because Groupon had outdated information, and was still representing the place as "MrO's BBQ". Since we were already here and hungry, we ordered the ribs and a Giant baked potato. Food was very good, though we would have liked the rib portion to be larger.

Dickey's in Palm Springs changed it's name to Mr. O's then changed it back but not before putting a groupon out in the new name. For a week or two they accepted the groupon vouchers as the owner of the store got the money from groupon that was paid. I went today with my groupon and was told that there is no Mr. O's by a rude employee working there who failed to wash her hands after picking her nose. This place is still selling the groupons but are not honoring them and then you get rudeness at the store.
It’s just Dickeys BBQ Pit but rebranded as a ghost kitchen to trick you into thinking it’s good food. The same location, same hours, same stupidly expensive mediocre food. The parent company is Oberoi Group USA which owns a bunch of Dickey and on their website also claim to run ghost kitchens. They also run Trailer Bird Nashville Hot chicken from the same location. They just haven’t updated their locations yet so it doesn’t show this brand yet. It’s not “family BBQ”, it’s mass corporate food chain.
Yummy food, amazing service, will definitely be coming back.

Ordered two pounds of chicken breast to go. Received some kind of white meat that was not chicken breast. It had a ribbed appearance and was like rubber. Chew and chew and chew.... Two pounds of "chicken breast" in the trash. A complete waste of money. They should be ashamed for selling such garbage.
Are you a fan of The Beatles? Is your favourite album the Magical Mystery Tour ? . Then this is the restaurant for you , this review is based upon the home delivery experience rather than the sit down at a table and deal with human beings choice , to be honest i don't like people anyway so home delivery suits me. Just like any other take away you are given a selection of meals and choices, where this particular establishment deviates from the usual dining experience is that they ignore your choices and substitute them for their own random choice or favourite . As a Brit its a bit like placing an order with Sainsbury's for a home delivery , selecting substitute and hoping the person making the substitution is able to work out that a bar of lemon soap is not an adequate substitute for a lemon , a bar of lemon soap doesn't really add to the flavour of a G & T. Do you like a choice of sauces with your meal and don't care what they are , then again this is the place for you, because they can't be bothered to label them. Not sure what temperature to have your food ? again they have that covered , some items will be the cold , some lukewarm and some hot , mix and match as you like . Caesar salad to me is a green salad of lettuce and crutons dressed with lemon juice (be careful, see above) , oil (preferably olive not engine) , egg (chicken), Worcestershire sauce , anchovies, garlic , dijon mustard and parmesan cheese , not here oh no Sir we can dispense with the majority of these ingredients as frivolous, the only requirement is a bit of soggy iceberg lettuce so hard it could sink the Titanic should the majestic liner be so unlucky as to strike Dickys iceberg, no pun intended. Congratulations to whoever took the "management" photos, you Sir are a photo shop genius . Suffice to say i shall not be returning.
Wonderful BBQ prepared to perfection and served with a smile from helpful staff. Great variety, good side dishes, excellent sauces, and even included ice cream.
No big complaints. It wasn't "amazing" but definitely better than other fast food places. I didn't realize it was a chain restaurant though, and it has the feel of a fast food place.

It’s a chain restaurant which I didn’t realize. The service was good and the food was pretty good. Not sure if I’d be drawn back but I wouldn’t be opposed to it either.
Two meats, bread and 2 sides for $14. Almost enough for 2. Ordered online. Pickup on time . Would recommend as a quick eats
Fast, good service. Lots of choices. Pulled pork, pork ribs and brisket were all very delicious. Slaw and beans too. Free soft serve cone was a bonus,
I love my brisket and I've had Dickey's in a few other cities. I walked in and got lucky, fresh out of the smoker and I got a lb to go and damn it was amazing. Gotta love the hot sauce on the side.
