Don't eat here! Meat was just chunks of fat. Customer service was horrible. Everything was dirty too, trash cans were overflowing.

I have been in 2 times in March, each time got worse. Service is horrible. Employees who prepare the food don't seem to speak or read English, and the person I think was the manager at the time just sat on the side eating. The first time I ordered a 2-meat plate with Sliced Brisket. The side of potato casserole was like soup, so I requested a change. Got the BBQ beans with bacon instead. Tasted like cheap beans from a can, where was the bacon? The Okra was ok, a little greasy. The 2nd time was even worse. I ordered the Giant Baker with Brisket. There were 3 small (supposed to be "Giant") burned baked potatoes, with a little bit (thankfully) of what was supposed to be brisket, but rather was a pile of disgusting fat, and something pretending to be butter that wouldn't even melt. I also ordered a Pulled Pork sandwich. I got a bunch of chunks of what I guess was their version of pulled pork that tasted very gamey. Nasty!! I got a lemonade that was watered down, thankfully I did not put ice in it, or it would have been just water. The only thing that was any good was the free ice cream cone. Don't even try getting them to make right on the bad food. They don't answer their phone, and always have an attitude if you do get to talk to someone. The prices are high, the quality below zero. I wouldn't waste my money here.

Food was horrible! chicken was dry and not eatable. Same issue with ribs. only semi decent item was green beans. Don't waste your time or money! Also, staff was terrible. we sent back the ribs to replace the portion that was hard as a rock. noticed employee laughing. Perfect example of ruining a great concept of a restaurant. We complained and they offered us ice cream. Should or requested a complete refund!

Pork ribs were off the bone (didn't appear to really be rib meat), tough, and tasteless. Brisket was grisly and tough, also tasteless. Mac and Cheese was a la Kraft. Potato casserole was mashed potatoes with bits of pre-fab bacon. Sadly, the potato was the best dish.

HINT: How many restaurants have one star reviews that outnumber the others? My houseguest ordered a meal for us via Uber eats. He ordered a meal and I just wanted some fries. I waited in the car while he went in to pick it up. When he came out, he said that the person preparing the food used his bare hands- no gloves. He should have just gotten his money back so we could go somewhere else. When we got home, we discovered that there were no fries in the bag. His meal was totally disgusting. The green beans looked like they were from a can... overcooked and mushy. He said the chicken had a little flavor, but the coleslaw didn't have that. But besides forgetting to give us our whole order, and using his bare hands to prepare the food, the kicker was that my friend's meat was nothing but fat. He couldn't even look at it, much less eat it. See pic. He threw it out. Not sure how they stay in business. Never again.

My chicken sandwich was tough and tasted like a hot dog. Tasted like it was days old. Disgusting. Never again. My friend had pulled pork and had to use the restroom minutes later. He said he tasted like socks. Horrible experience.

If i could give zero stars i would. Customer service is absolutely horrible the doors were locked when we came and had to waive down the employee then he just stared at us and took his time opening the doors. Didn't help us with our order the older lady didn't help us either. Another worker walked in and was also locked out i had to let her in she assisted us but the overall experience was severely slow and just clearly all hated their jobs. We ordered baked potatoes with meat the meat was cold and tasted old. The potato was cold. All the topping were just thrown on top the butter wouldn't even melt that's how cold the food was. And the guy was no where to be found he walked in the back and never came back up. Never tf again

We've been here a few times, over the past two years: soda machine dispensed no syrup, soft serve machine not working, during heat they offered otter pops----oops employee was eating last one. We noticed Uber Eats a certain customers received free sodas. The food dry and over extended pan life for the beans-all of it, not fresh. Kept hoping that it would change. I don't drive, son didn't want to drive further. You wonder why five stars. Earlier this week one last attempt. My husband and our son picked up a to go order. OMG!! The food was PERECT. Meat juicy, tender and the beans were perfectly cooked also, slaw was slaw, no one complained on any items. Meat portions could have been larger. I mentioned they must of sold or Corporate took over. Son said whole new staff. Whichever -Thank You.

I'm not a negative review giver, but I've reached a point where I feel I have no other option. On September 28th I had lunch with my family at this Dickey's location. The location was convenient and clean, the staff friendly, and the food wasn't bad. That experience in itself wouldn't have warranted me making a review, but the individual who checked me out stated they were having a problem with the system and ran my card twice. This is where the fun starts. Later that day I checked my bank statement and noticed two pending transactions in the same amount to Dickeys. I'm thinking, no big deal, one will definitely come off. I checked a week later and both transactions had gone through. Still, shouldn't be a big deal getting this reimbursed, right? Wrong. I start making phone calls, sending emails etc over the next month to no avail. In that month, I was only able to talk to an actual human one time, and they gave me another phone number and email. When I tried the phone number it was disconnected and the email returned undelivered. I'm pretty disappointed in the lack of training that staff had on the checkout process, and especially disappointed in the fact that it's impossible to get ahold of anyone to voice your complaints. I don't think I'll be visiting Dickeys again in the future.

Went in at 8:00 PM to get some BBQ pork ribs for dinner. They were "out of all meats except pulled pork." I've only gone in once before and the exact same thing happened. They close at 9:00. The place was empty. I won't bother going back again. Sad.
