Very expensive and just simply mediocre food. Our pizza was barely warm and soggy. Beware that this restaurant adds 15% to your bill to help pay the staff and then expects customers to add more as a tip. I hate this type of pricing, the owners should be ashamed of themselves. Will not return to this restaurant. Plenty of great restaurants in Palm Springs area, this is not one of them.

Beware: surprise 15% mandatory “service fee” added to the bill.Beware: chaotic service. We had multiple servers during service leading to an inconsistent experience. At one point there was a public and loud kerfuffle between a staff member and the chef owner. It was cringy and uncomfortable. Staff appear to be very unhappy.Beware: inconsistent food quality. Some dishes were excellent, others bland (we actually had untoasted bruchetta delivered to our table…shocking that this made it past quality review by the kitchen).Beware: unjustifiable high prices for simple dishes and appetizer prices the same as entrees. The inflated pricing struck us as a money grab rather than a genuine exchange of value for money. This place costs $75 to $125 per person but fails to deliver a truly premium experience.Beware: the amplified live music, while well intentioned, is oppressive and super loud. It is not possible to have a pleasant conversation at this spot. It is NOT a good space for a romantic date.We are full time residents of the community. We won’t be coming back and will be warning our friends about this place.

My friends and I went out for dinner. Did not realize how expensive it was until we were seated. Wine was $17+ per glass! Entrees were $25+. We should have left.. did not. We ordered the house wines that were $10 per glass. We all ordered dinner.. when it came we could not believe the small portions we received for that amount of money. When a young lady gave us our bill we asked if it could be put on separate checks. She was rude and very unprofessional with us. Told us they couldn’t do it and that it’s just the way it was and threw the bill in the middle of the table. As we took a look at it we all were charged $17 for our wine. We asked our waiter about it and he said the only house wine was a ros’e.. told him that should have been mentioned when we ordered. He was kind enough to give us the house wine price. It took us along time to figure out our bill. They also included the tip on the bill as well. It was not a fun girls night out for us! Never going there again.. are better Italian restaurants in Palm Springs.. we are only here for the winter and how disappointed we were..

This is one of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to. The pasta was delicious and chicken was perfect. Would absolutely come back in a heartbeat! Everyone needs to enjoy a meal here.

On a weekend getaway to the Palm Springs and we decided to try something new.We had a 7pm reservation, we were on time and seated promptly. Water and bread arrived immediately. We had to flag down the hostess nearly 30 minutes after being seated to ask about our server, because no one had come to take our order. The hostess said she could take our order, but would send someone else over to help with wine selection “because she was 18.” A gentleman arrived, gave his wine suggestion and left. He never came back with the said wine. Our appetizer arrived, and shortly afterwards the main course. Our wine arrived after the main entrees.Food was good, but not worth feeling invisible.I usually take plenty of photos to accompany my reviews, honestly the service ruined the experience and my dinner. Also, be aware, we did not notice before we tipped that they automatically charge a 15% service charge.

Be aware that a service fee is added automatically to your bill.

I am sorry....in house and organic ingredients does not excuse what they charge for a pasta dish that is literally parmesan and oil. The Carbonara is $50?? Price not worth it. Rip off.

Ordered their pizza with no meat, 39.00Then on my return back in i saw they took another order with meat for 29.00, same size. HmmmmmI was still willing till I got to the car and opened the ugliest pizza I've ever seen.Cold, tiny uncut cherry tomatoes just tossed on one side, I asked for olives, there was 2 tiny peices...pizza was uncut and just pain disappointed.I at once took it back in and tried to take a picture, they fought it out of my hands!!!! Yelling NO PICTURES!I AM TRULY upset since I have wanted to try this place for a month. This is not a place I'll ever revisit.I did get my money back*

We arrived for a 6pm reservation where they neglected to inform us their pizza oven was down since Christmas. We ordered 3 pizzas where it took an overall duration of 2 hours. The pizzas were dramatically undercooked and arrived 30 minutes apart. The service was so poor that we took the last soggy pizza to go. The management could learn a few lessons on customer service before they decide to return to work. Not to mention the menu is extremely overpriced. WE WILL NEVER VISIT THIE PLACE EVER AGAIN.

This place totally deserves a 5 star review!! Bruschetta and the prosciutto + burrata appetizers were absolutely delicious. Cacio e pepe and the rigatoni bolognese were top notch. Service was fast and amazing! Came on a Saturday around 5:30 with no reservation and it filled up quickly. Definitely get a reservation to be safe. Loved this place

Shared a lovely dinner with my niece last month. The servers were attentive and friendly, the ambience friendly with low conversations and nice music in background. The restaurant is sparkling clean, light and inviting. We shared a fresh and yummy Bruschetta. My Carbonara and her Chicken Piccata were very flavorful but overly salted, so we would suggest mentioning to the waiter to go light on the salt. I will try them again because my first two dining experiences here were excellent.Parking: Ample parking for all sizes of cars and trucks

It is delicious. It is a few dollars higher per dish than other places might be, but it is well worth it. Their pizzas alone are worth a visit. I loved the blackened, chewy crusts. Pastas were cooked well and interestingly topped. Service was professional but not stuffy. The restaurant faces within the shopping center, so you don't see anything from the street. That simply means parking is easy. I am thrilled to have seen a random photo of their pizza across my social media and booked in within the week. I think you could likely walk in, but they do take reservations.
