Last 3 times in a row the orange chicken was hard and dry. A waste of money. I stopped eating this because I cant find a fresh version.

The manager here, Melissa, has the best service attitude I have ever seen. She is patient, serious and full of smiles to every customer. Every time I see her smiling face, all my fatigue will be swept away. What surprised me most was that she could actually cook.。

Walnut shrimp ? green bean chicken ? and white rice. The rice was dried out and shouldn't have been served. The shrimp and green beans serving size were slim and lacking a bit. and the shrimp batter was half off on every one of them. I waited for fresh to be made because I was getting three servings of each. Just a bit disappointed ?

Am I going to Panda Express for a long time and the food is always been very good and fresh. Play Lego the only thing they have to offer for the meal selections is chicken. Plus I've noticed that you're getting less of the protein meal. The box used to be half of the rice or lo mein which I usually do 50/50. Then you have your two options for your meat. Lately though the to-go box the meat portions are quarter of the box where is they used to be half.

I just had a gross experience, the older lady serving my plate decided to remove some food out of my plate in front of of all the costumer, because she says they are monitoring her for the amount of food that she serves, that is cross contamination, you cannot serve a plate and then return food back to the main tray.

I liked how Silvia taught the other guy in a kind respectful manner their procedures. She seemed like a natural teacher kind and effective leader. If she’s not already a leader Panda make her one. It was such a refreshing experience to watch.

This place recently hired some new employees that are much better than some if the current employees. This panda had a particular employee that would always shirt scoop us on the portions. The people that he didn't serve would have the portions expected. I almost quit going to panda for this... the new guy did all he could to reassure me that would not happen anymore..

This particular Panda has gone downhill. At one time they gave ample quantities the food was always hot and people were friendly. I'm sorry to report the food was borderline cold there wasn't a whole lot of it fairly slim servings. Don't know that I'll go back to that one anytime soon.
