I had a chicken salad sandwich. The chicken was factory processed.
Prices have increased faster than inflation.

On the outside this place looks great, need to empty trash more and clear out the stacks of plates, but the real issue is the restroom. It was disgusting. Clearly they do not clean it at all and have not in years. How its passing health inspection is mind blowing. They would get hit hard in Texas. Urine stains everywhere from the urinals to the commodes to the floor. They are just dirty and not wiped down.
On the upside is a shift leader named Shawn. At first, a bit scary with all the tats, but this guy knows customer service and they are lucky to have him. He is friendly and was able to handle multiple tasks/customers at a time with a smile and a positive attitude that was not fake.
So overall, the people are great, but scared to clean. So if the restrooms that they themselves use are this bad, how bad is the kitchen? How clean can it really be? Do better!

Someone from this location was able to log into my account, change my name and number to theirs, order food, and pay for with my payment methods on file. They were so easily able to access my account, and just as easily able to spend my money. Panera doesn’t seem to have any safety features so be careful saving your payment information online especially for Panera.

Always visit here whenever I’m in Palm Springs. The food and customer service depends on the staff on duty that day. This is my honest opinion. I do enjoy the ample space available in the restaurant which is what keeps me and my family coming back. I recommend and I’ll return.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of room for kids to roam around.

Panera has changed over the years. Not what it used to be. I used to go once a week. Now I only go if someone suggests it which is like 3-4x a year now.

Being from Canada ,we don't have Panera Bread. When we come down to the States, we like to lunch at Panera for soup and a slice of baguette. The broccoli cheese soup is just delicious with a fresh piece of bread. Can't go wrong!

Just change your closing time to 8pm!!
Walk in at 8:13pm and 2 workers (1 cleaning coffee counter and the other cleaning the floor) both look at me with annoyance because I'm interrupting their cleaning routine. I place order on the keyosk, but they're out of this and don't have that, so I just cancel my order. Now I'm showing annoyance at a location that is "open" but they're barely open. I'll never go here after 5pm again. Off to get pizza for dinner.

Please avoid this Panera.
They will ignore you,
I was standing for 15 minutes, two employees just looking at me and ignoring me.
I placed my order on the tablets.
This is the second time they have done that to me.
They should have a sing saying, order yourself, please

I really hate doing this but I think it needs to be said, I've been a panera bread customer for decades literally, I just recently started going again and I noticed the bread and pretty much any item on the menu taste as if it was a day-old or just held just to turn a profit. I thought I could have been wrong but then I noticed that the bread was always hard as well. From my recollection from the prior years I never remembered the bread ever being hard and stale. Another charging a fee to eat at the location now? But yet the food isn't fresh??? If you're going to be charging extra fees you might as well have fresh food instead of food which appears to be a day-old or at least hours old.
