Fantastic and great setting, food was not to average. We got brunch in the egg whites scramble was ridiculously large and unfavorable. Poached eggs were vinegary. Best item was the eggs and tomato stew. Need to improve drip coffee as well, mimosas came out warm.

Food and ambiance was excellent. But service was subpar. Felt like the server was rushing us. They messed up on one of our meals. I get that things happen and we were not necessarily mad about the error. But was disappointed on how the staff handled it. This is the Colony Club. Not Applebees.

All staff were great! Been here many times. Food great but pricey. I am fully aware prices have increased. We go out 3-4 times a week. But these prices were very high plus entrees we ordered were solely the entree. No sides. Changed since last time we were here. No one at valet too. For these prices, let's have a vegetable or even some rice!

This was one of the PS restaurants reportedly recommended by Michelin. Our experience on a Monday evening was NOT Michelin worthy. Table service was awkward and unpolished, bar service was very slow. It may have been a training night for new staff as there were more staff on the floor than diners at our early reservation yet everything took a long time. The food was all presented nicely but the flavors did not match the presentations. The deviled eggs were oddly flavored, the rosemary and olive focaccia reminded me of Irish soda bread and barely tasted of either mentioned ingredient. The Baby Gem salad was to have been dressed with Green Goddess dressing- it seemed to barely have oil and vinegar and needed salt- the risotto and the ravioli were both undercooked- I've never had homemade pasta with that much density (makes me question if it was actually homemade). Entrees were served before wine order was taken and we had to wait awhile before all the wines were served (apparently certain wine bottles had to be open). The setting is the only thing Michelin about this restaurant- and overall the restaurant does not warrant a visit, especially for the exorbitant prices (a vegan meatloaf entree >$40).

Excellent experience last night. Cheerful yet professional greeting. Perfect out door seating next to pool, heater above for comfort, rechargeable table lamps for actually reading the menu and seeing the food. Attentive waitress, and throughout meal multiple check in's for water topping and other requests. Crispy Truffle fries cooked perfectly. Deliver eggs just the right garnish. Risotto ringed in foam: gimmicky but creative and very delicious. Butterscotch pudding decadent. All flavors very well balanced. All guests left dinner happy and looking forward to returning.

It's a great looking restaurant - the perfect environment for a Palm Springs dinner. But just look at the pictures and save yourself from an annoying experience. The restaurant was barely half full but we waited over 30 minutes for our cocktails to arrive. Our salads came in due time but once we finished, we waited 40 minutes for our main dishes - one of which had to be sent back because it was cold. The staff just walked around, barely eyeing our table. We had to wave down a waiter to get water. While waiting and waiting for our meal, I finally just yelled to the manager to please get us some bread. No one ever asked if we wanted a second cocktail. We skipped desert because we assumed it would take another 45 minutes. I loved the space and decor. I wish it was a place that made me want to return. We all wondered how awful it must be if they were in fact busy.

WOW - what can I say! The Colony Club was such a beautiful little treat. We were met with a card & champagne to celebrate our recent engagement and it just set the night off on the right foot.Walking in, you feel like a 1950s movie star and the staff sure treat you like it. There was not a single thing we didn't love - the ambiance was something special, our server was phenomenal, and the food was just spectacular.10/10 enjoyed our experience and highly recommend if you're looking for a real special dining experience in Palm Springs!

Food was outstanding. Best dinner in Palm Springs. Every fish was perfection. Butter lettuce salad could have had a bit more dressing/flavour - only slight critique. Complicated dishes beautifully executed, interesting and delicious. Five of us dined and all enjoyed

The Colony Club is one of the more expensive choices you could make in PS, but it's probably worth it. The poolside location and view of the mountains are classic PS. The service is friendly and helpful, The avocado toast could be a meal in itself. And the baked egg atop a bed of juicy tomatoes, onions and other things was delicious with a Southwest flare.

Given outdated menus at the start. Conflicting info from staff on available food. Food was ok but not memorable. Service became more and more disappointing towards the end. Sadly not the best experience.

We usually love this place. However last night was just ok. Sure it was crowded due to Mod Week. But it was way understaffed which made waits excessively long for drinks, courses, check. And the food was just ok. We'll be back, hoping last night was an aberration.

The food was just ordinary best. They were out of several things from the menu at 5:30 on a Saturday night which means they weren't out of it. They just never had it to begin with. Several bar items also were missing. Service was off in general.

You can't find a better spot to dine al fresco with views of the mountain second to none. Waiter was efficient and professional. My wife ordered the swordfish, which was cooked just right and the sauce complemented it well. I had the steak. It was a good-sized portion, and quite flavorful on a bed of spinach. We shared a butterscotch pudding for dessert that transported us back to childhood only better. Expensive but well worth the experience.

This is a beautiful setting and off the beaten path so not always packed and busy. The menu is limited but interesting. Service was great and so were the cocktails. Enjoyed the appetizers we had - deviled eggs and truffle fries. My partner and I had Prime Rib Eye steaks and they were just ok. The asparagus instead of potatoes was appreciated and the steaks were cooked to order but were not "Prime". We actually buy Prime from Costco regularly and can tell the difference between Select and Choice. Was disappointed in this aspect - especially for $62. Would rather have no designation and just say Rib Eye so our expectations were not be disappointed. I probably would have got the swordfish instead. My learning for future situations is to let the server know that we plan to order the steaks specifically because they are "Prime" but to check with the chef in case he/she has run out.
