Visited this bar on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. The bartenders were friendly and took time to chat, recommending a few signature cocktails that were both creative and delicious. The ambiance is cozy yet vibrant, with exposed brick walls and soft lighting. I especially loved their selection of craft beers. Definitely a spot I'll be returning to!

Good luck getting your song played if you aren’t white

This place is the best before the bachelorette parties come in. It's a smaller cozier clientele before 8pm. No DJ's and you can sing all the songs you want to a small crowd.

I have so much fun doing karaoke at retro room . It’s my best local bar !

Lmao $20 for karaoke now. So dumb, good luck

Staff member who I believe is the owner was rude. She rudely asked for our ids which was completely fine, I was visiting from out of state and she made a snarky comment. Drinks were overpriced, place was grimy, and to top it off the bathroom was sketchy.

"hole-in-the-wall" bar with karaoke every night. Service was great with security, bartender and DJ. Seating is minimal but that adds to the atmosphere in a positive way by helping strangers vibe with one another.

This place was a scam. I paid $15/person to reserve a spot for 11 girls and we only got to sing three songs total. I wasted $165 dollars and 2 hours of my time for this experience and it was a let down. Stay away from this scam trap.

While there are a variety of one off karaoke nights in Palm Springs, this is the only true karaoke bar in town and it's a good one. Despite rolling up at 11pm on a packed Friday night, I still managed to get a song in. The KJ was kind and gracious and frankly has to put up with a lot, as it's a bedlam on a weekend in there - and I mean that in a good way. It's slammed. I liked the vibe and venue and I'm glad it's there. Fun and recommended.

If you are a singer, the quality of the equipment is not the best, and vocals were dry without reverb, and the KJ did not know how to adjust. That being said, the vibe and spot are absolutely worth stopping in for, and it's generally not too packed. Also tons of talent from the area.
