The drag show was great, fun, funny. All five of us agreed the food was quite bad unfortunately…texture, flavor, freshness, portion size all really lacking. The dim sum sounded promising but was replaced by a platter of vegetables…Brussels were the only good part but we each only got about 4 bites. Hopefully the food can improve so the talented performers can continue their amazing and important show!!

The restaurant's air-conditioning does not work. It was 94° outside even though it was evening, and it was stifling inside the restaurant. Had I known this before hand I wouldn't have not gone there. In fairness to the restaurant, I cannot rate the food because we did not stay for dinner. It was simply too hot inside. I overheard one of the employees tell another customer who complained that the air conditioning has not been working for a few years. He told the other customer that it is too expensive repair. While I am sympathetic to the fact that the revenue may not allow for that expense, I'm not sure how a restaurant can operate in the desert without air conditioning. If the owners do not intend to fix the air conditioning, and they should simply shut down during the hot months or let people know before they go there for dinner.

Excellent food! A little disappointed several items were unavailable. Not sure why the waiter rarely came by as it was not busy. Had to go up to the bar to ask for another drink. Sad to hear they are closing which may be why there were staffing and food shortages. Hope they relocate!

We were disappointed after being sat on time for out 630 reservation to wait 15+ minutes without being greeted by a server... had to ask the host for help... First set of dumplings great second room temp and hard. Miso Satay warm not hot...

Absolutely love this place. This is our go-to each and every trip to Palm Springs. So devastated they're closing in 3 weeks- the staff is always friendly and there's a fantastic drink and food menu. We ordered the sea bass satay and dumplings, the the shrimp and lobster noodle. All was fantastic! I hope they reconsider and stay open.

The service from Manny & others was excellent; the food was quite good at moderate prices. With an 8:15p dinner reservation, the decision to re-set the entire restaurant before 9 o'clock on a Fri. night for a Sat. brunch event was inexcusable. Tables were moved aside and chairs stacked up next to & behind us while we tried to dine. Another table of diners packed up and left. Understandably. What restaurant does that to guests? If we wanted to dine in a busy warehouse, we'd have gone to one. Very disappointing.

We come here every year because we LOVE the Lobster Dumplings and they were just as good as before. We also had the Mongolian Beef and the fried rice with rib eye which were equally delicious. Our server Mario was really nice and had good suggestions on what to try.

Ordered a blood orange Margarita and it came out pink and tasted like lemonade. The pineapple mojito was flavorless and weak. The kimiche lobster fried rice for $38 didn't seem to have any lobster in it. The other dishes we had were fine but were uninspired.

Not sure what happened, but there definitely has been a shift in attentiveness on service and quality of food. We were first to be seated only to be met with the burning of incense that over, took the dining area and over powered any taste of food served. As someone who frequents this restaurant, it was my first encounter, but left a lasting impression that is causing pause and returning.

We LOVE Roly China Fusion! When in Palm Springs we eat here regularly. The food is excellent! My favorites are the coconut shrimp and almond chicken however everything we've tried has been delicious. Vegetables are crisp, sauce is light. You can't go wrong here!

Don't waste your time or money! Had a super disappointing experience here. First of all, on OpenTable it allowed me to make an outdoor dining reservation. The weather got rainy the day of the reservation, so I called to ask if we would be able to be seated indoors. The person I spoke to on the phone was very curt and informed me that there is no outdoor dining because the weather has been to bad and they "don't have the manpower" for it. That was all totally fine but the person was kind of short with me, but I didn't think much of it. But the service at the restaurant was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. It was soooo slow. When we ordered, I ordered a bowl of soup, and the waiter seemed taken aback and confirmed if I wanted that as my dinner, and I said yes. A while later, they brought my bowl of soup out and nothing else. I sat there with my bowl of soup for 15-20 minutes while none of our other food was brought out. I finally flagged our waiter and asked, they apologized and said the other food would be out soon. It was still a long wait and then the dumplings were super cold and soggy like they'd been sitting a long time. My husbands beef dish was 90% vegetables. Wontons in my soup were gummy and gross. The food was about the quality of frozen chinese food you'd heat up at home (but way more expensive). My husband waited throughout the whole meal to get a second drink. We also ran out of water and no one came by. We were watching people's drink orders sit at the bar for 10-20 minutes before being served to their table. The second drink took until we were completely done and ready to leave, so they did comp that. It is not a cheap place (~$45/person) and the food was not good and service was terrible. I was watching tables around us sit for 15+ minutes before even being asked if they would like any drinks. It was beyond ridiulous...we canceled our reservation for their sister restaurant also. Not trying them again!

We had often gone to Rolys and enjoyed it. Last night was an exception: 1) no one came to take our drink orders until 15 minutes after we were seated, 2) one of our four entrées came 20 minutes after the other three of us were served. Meantime the other three entrees got cold while we waited and waited. Our server nowhere in sight all that time. I assume staffing issues - bad customer experience.

We got really lucky and walked with the hopes of getting a seat. I would recommend getting reservations. We were sat down and quickly served our drinks. The food was delicious. Highly recommend the szechewan chicken dim sum, lobster dim sum for appetizers. All of our meals were good. The Kung pao chicken was pretty spicy, just a heads up. It is pricey so be aware. It was worth it for us. Would return here

We dined at RCF on Wednesday 3/8 with friends and our service was atrocious. We were seated and it took our server 20 minutes to come to the table to take our drink order. We received our drinks then it took another 30 minutes for the waiter to reappear to take our food order. After the food arrived our waiter was MIA until we asked the busboy to get the waiter. For the prices this place charges the service sure damn well doesn't reflect that. On the flip side the food was tasty. I'm sorry Roly China Fusion but you will not be seeing us returning.

A busy Saturday evening. Service was scattered and dishes were not hot on arrival at the table. We eat here regularly (usually on weekends) and this was not up to the usual standards that we've come to expect. Hopefully, a one-off.
