Get here early! We arrived at 5:05 and got one of the last available tables. It is SO good and lives up to the hype. The chicken dumplings had a nice spicy flavor without being overpowering and the chicken stuffed curry ball was a fun twist on Japanese classic curry.

New favorite spot in Palm Springs. Everything on the menu is fresh, balanced, and so so so delicious. Our server, Patrick, was wonderful: friendly but not fake. Everything was well thought out from the little bowl of congee they bring you when you’re seated to the wet naps after the lobster dish (a must). We’ll absolutely be returning.

Crispy beef and spicy Okra are very good. The crispy roll and fried rice are a bit disappointing.

My partner and I are visiting from Vancouver, which has a plethora of Vietnamese restaurants. The food, service and atmosphere here was absolutely incredible. Definitely recommend the panko crusted chicken stuffed curry ball... It was divine. Would come back a thousand

Waited a bit to get seated (8pm or so, not a surprise). Curry chicken ball was amazing, well worth the wait. Staff was friendly and sides (okra and spring rolls) were delicious as well. Would definitely return and recommend.

I've heard about how excellent this restaurant is and finally had the pleasure to dine there. It really is something special. They don't take reservations so get there early or expect to wait in line. Either way it's definitely worth it.

Rooster and the Pig provides an incomparable experience. The service was amazing, the drinks were amazing, and, most importantly, the food was amazing. After reading multiple reviews for other restaurants in the area, we were skeptical that Palm Springs had anything worth eating. The amazing concierge at our hotel recommended RATP, however, and it did not disappoint. We ordered two appetizers and two entrees: the fennel rolls, braised Daikon, beef nopes, and pork noodles with lemongrass. My partner also had two beers, while I enjoyed two cocktails. The medley of flavors in the food were obviously above and beyond, but the cocktails too had a blend of interesting profiles that were clearly well thought out.The entire experience was delightful and I highly recommend a visit.

First time here. Saturday evening during Modernism 2024. About 30 people lined up before they opened. They were quick to get everyone seated, which was nice. Promptly welcomed by our knowledgeable server. It was obvious the bartender and kitchen were challenged by such a large number of tables at once. Took a while to get drinks and our welcome congee.Food was good. Service was good other than that initial lag.Decor is beautiful. Music was fun but the volume was as loud as some of the places on Arenas. Recommend you avoid the tables with seats/stools with no seat back. They’re quickly uncomfortable.

Amazing food and cocktails! Highly recommend the caramelized chicken share dish, the sauce on it was so delicious. Also get there early or be prepared to wait for a table because they are a small place and super popular. Definitely worth the wait though!

The best culinary experience in Palm Spring. Congee as a starter was great. Piqued our curiosity for rest of the dishes and weren’t disappointed. Crispy rice ball in curry and crispy okra were divine. The crispy beef noodles were good for kids on the sweeter side. They made the effort to see to our allergy requirements, so small fear as it was omnipresent sesame.I would highly recommend. And don’t forget to make reservations. The place gets filled at opening at 5pm.

This was high on my list when visiting Palm Springs and exceeded my expectations. We put in our name with the host and expected a good wait so we walked nearby to grab a cocktail. We came back and were seated at the bar since we missed our name being called. We prefer the bar so it worked in our favor. Colin, the bartender, was incredible. Our meal was perfect and we ended up getting several recommendations for the area from Colin. It really made our trip! The food was incredible. The chicken curry rice ball was the star of the show.
