we stayed at the Palm Mountain Resort, and they gave us a Breakfast Coupon to use . It was for a full meal. 2 eggs, Bacon, Sausage, or Ham, Potato and Toast. Coffee , Tea, and Juice. Very good. A little slow sometimes, but it was busy. The big thing here is that it is the only place that I could see on the strip that was open and serving breakfast. The staff are very nice. The food is good. This was a nice place to eat casually and sit out front on a warmish January day and take in the ambience so valuable when on a winter trip away from Canada! We went here before back a few years and determined to return. The server was very nice. The food was good. Next time we come though we will likely try a different spot, just to widen our horizons, but I have no complaints at all about this Ruby's
Have gone to Ruby's whenever we get the chance. I must say though, this was probably the worst meal we ever had. "Super Burger" was anything but. Dry and tasteless. The guacamole burger was the same and the fries cold. My favorite item was the Aloha Burger which they removed from the menu a long time ago. Don't think we will return. Very sad.
