Delicious Persian Food. The Fesenjoon was terrific and that is one tough dish to perfect. Also yummy dessert.

We tried Saffron after wanting to for a while. Everything was delicious and the drinks made by our server Luis were great! Ashley, the owner, welcomed us and went through favorites on the menu. She came back and even offered to help box up leftovers at the end of the meal! We can’t wait to come back with a large group for our next event!

The food here is outstanding as is the service! We have been there twice and both times were great experiences! We love the kebabs and the Fesenjoon. It is so flavorful and interesting with a pomegranate flavor!
We also used them for catering for my husband’s birthday. Everyone loved the food and we had enough left over for a few more meals. It was delivered on time and was warm so we ate right away and everyone loved it all!
It doesn’t matter what you order, it’s all good! I would highly recommend this place!

I came in just for the happy hour at Saffron Restaurant in Palm Springs and ended up staying for a full dinner — that’s how good it was! The food was incredibly flavourful, beautifully presented, and honestly exceeded every expectation. You can tell a lot of love goes into every dish.
The atmosphere was amazing — warm, welcoming, and stylish without trying too hard. What really stood out was the hospitality. Even the owner came by to check on us, and she was so lovely and personable. It’s rare to find a place where the service, food, and vibe all come together this perfectly.
From the cocktails to the appetizers to the main dishes, everything was spot-on. I’m already planning my next visit. A must-try in Palm Springs!

I love this restaurant - the food is incredibly good, authentic and full of flavour. Service is great and the owner is amazing! Totally worth an evening out
Locally owned and amazing food and service.
The best Baba Ganesh I have ever eaten!
The food is clearly made from scratch by someone who knows Mediterranean dishes.
Have had several entrees. All of them would put on repeat
As a local it’s a top favorite.

Saffron was a great surprise as we looked for something different for a restaurant list in Palm Springs. The food, service and welcoming we experienced during our visit will bring us back many times. Highly recommend trying for yourself.

The desert has been missing a good middle eastern restaurant and boy does Saffron deliver. Every dish is tasty, the drinks are wonderful, and the service impeccable. The chef treats it like a small, family-run place and the feeling trickles down to every aspect of the meal. Don’t miss this treat when you are in town.

Went to Saffron on Halloween night. Got the vegan dish (can't remember the name, but it was a curry-like yellow split peas and eggplant dish). The food was excellent, but portion was a bit small for $30 (it is Palm Springs lol). Really swanky interior, I felt massively underdressed wearing hiking clothes, but the staff was super attentive and kind and even seated two of us without a reservation. The hostess asked if I was old enough to sit at the bar, so I would literally die for her.
